The resort itself is very outdated but there are signs that it is being updated. The bathroom is tiny but has marble walls and lovely shower. There is also a beautiful jacuzzi in the bedroom. The living room is extremely outdated in that the sofa is worn out and the carpets are stained. The bedroom was comfortable but the a/c... More

Where to begin...staff was great. Moved us from awful 2 doubles to choice of 2 kings. Problem - we were RCI guests, never told us we'd have 1 clean up from staff nor told me of $35 fee!!! Tsk tsk. They removed it. Fee? Under our toilet seat was caked in feces from prior guest. I'm assuming they had a... More

We stayed in a one-bedroom RCI exchange room which surprised us with a "full kitchen" that did not include an oven! The complex convection/microwave was beyond our interest, so our meal-plans had to be re-worked. There is no dining table, just counter seating. The unit is spacious enough for two people, but the condition of the sofa and carpets was... More

I was on the 4th floor-no elevator between 3 & 4, but I didn't want to go to the trouble of schlepping my baggage downstairs to request another room. I looked upon it as good exercise for my recent knee replacement. Room, bed & bathroom were clean, AC worked well. Yes, carpet a bit dated, but so are things in... More

This resort is very old and outdated. The staff is wonderful and go out of there way to make sure you know what's going on in the area and the food establishments in close in proximity to the lodge. They try to really make you feel at home. They do need to do some renovations to bring the facility up... More

We stayed at the North Star Lodge this past weekend for two nights while attending a golf tournament in Killington. Our room was spacious, clean, well stocked with all the essentials and ready for us for an early check in. The weather was cold, windy and rainy, but the outdoor heated pool was a wonderful treat. The staff is friendly,... More

The room was very clean, a full kitchen and island. Plenty of dishes. The island has the stove built into it. A very nice room and accommodations. The people were extremely friendly and there was plenty to do in the area. We went horseback riding, canoeing, gift shopping, sight seeing, and drove to Maine and ate lobster and seafood all... Great summer spot and price was incredible (for summer months). Very clean room. Friendly staff. Nice pool area will definitely stay here again. Loved being on the access road and walking distance to the Foundry. We had a Regular room but will try a suite next time!

Arriving here late at night I didn't really appreciate the beautiful surroundings until I woke up the next day, and the hotel itself was not too bad either. It was very confusing trying to find the room initially though. I believe I had to walk down a corridor, up a lift to Ground Floor, then across another lobby area, down... More

This is a nice enough place. Stayed here for 4 nights. The room with a mini kitchen was adequate for two people. But with a sleeper couch, 4 people would be too intimate. The resort itself is older but well maintained and the staff that I interacted with were quite friendly. The lobby area, the pool and the grounds were... More
