Our one bedroom with loft was the perfect long weekend getaway. The post and beam home was decorated in country style and very cozy. Every detail was thoughtful. We had a full kitchen, two ovens, washer/dryer and a large screen TV. With the peaceful view of the farm and mountains who really needs a TV. A hearty country breakfast was... More

A friend and I stayed there for two nights as we explored the area. We stayed in the guest house which, although small, was lovely. We used the pull-out bed and it was quite comfortable. One possible improvement - the bedroom had an AC but it didn't cool off the main room. Even a fan in the main rom would... More

There is a kitchen with microwave and a small refrigerator and sink. The bathroom has. Tub and shower with lots of hot water. There is a queen bed which is very comfortable. This lovely... More

My hiking partner and I stayed here several nights as we continued our quest to complete the Long Trail. Marsha and Dave were very helpful giving us a lift to trailheads, etc. Our room was clean, cheerful, and nicely appointed. Marsha has thought of everything. The breakfasts were outstanding. French toast on Marsha's homemade bread was our favorite. The rooms... More

My boyfriend and I, along with our two dogs, stayed in the Guest House for 2 nights. The stay was just perfect. It was the middle of the winter and Marsha and her husband delivered the ideal getaway for us. Picked this place to stay before travelling to ski at smugglers. Three of us stayed in the guest house on property. So cute and cozy and comfortable. We all loved our pillows. David drove us over a hot cooked breakfast in the morning. Was lovely.

My sincere appreciations to the innkeepers Dave and Marsha Lane. Excellent stay - great service as I was the only guest for the whole house for two nights, with very personal attention; classic touch of interior decor; clean and well maintained. Location: Approximately 4 miles east of Jeffersonville, Vermont (population 741) on Highway 15. Rural. History: Built 1811. Series of... More

I stayed with David and Marsha when I took a weekend course at the Vermont Woodworking School right up the road in Fairfax. I had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the house. Everything is clean, and there is plenty of space to move around. There are several sitting rooms and the accommodations are clean and comfortable. It's an old-style... More
