We went to Vermont for the Fall foliage staying at Smugglers Notch Resort. Luckily we hit the height of the colors and the Resort is in the middle of some of the nicest views and just over the hill from Stowe. Being October, some of the amenities (pools) were not really available or it was rather cold using them. The...

Hi Gary, Thank you for taking time out of your day to share your experiences with other TripAdvisor users. Your feedback is important to us. Last fall was certainly a beautiful time to visit, and it is great to hear you found the area's views to be as nice as we do! Although the pool selection was scaled back due...

Wyndham units well equipped with full kitchens, washer and dryer and good sized rooms. The views are spectacular. Need a car to get around. Well stocked little store. Restaurant on site. Some other places close for the season. We've done the Segway tour and zip-line tour and had a blast in both events.

Beautiful condos, nice and clean. We've been going there for years. Disappointment this time on the opening hours for the pools, from noon to 6:00 pm. Unfortunately, in the low season, nothing else to do. How do we explain that? They just keep saying sorry...we understand and still leave it like that. Also, be prepared to pay 35$ U.S. if...

The resort itself is very nice. When we checked in, we were scheduled to have a 2 bedroom premium. We were given all the paperwork regarding the condo and check out procedures. My paperwork showed a zero balance. They assigned us to a beautiful condo. The only problem was it was in an area that seemed deserted. I asked if it...

My wife and I stayed with our family at Smugglers Notch just last week. Or first trip there was just last November. We had such a positive experience then, that we decided to do it again a few months later. I can say that although the accommodations were great....we stayed in Tamaracks in the North Hill community, we won't be...

Hi Sean, Thank you for taking the time to share concerns about your recent trip with us. While it's nice to hear you had a great experience back in November, we're disappointed to hear your most recent experience left you dissatisfied. We're Vermonters. We know that Vermont in April is not where people flock to vacation We were not expecting everything to be at the same level of intensity as Summer, Foliage, or Ski season, but we were expecting to come enjoy spring break as all the ads on TV were promoting. Oh, sure....the pool WAS open, but from 12:00-6:00! That's...

Family friendly mountain that is one of the last places you can go to ski the way things are supposed to be. No fancy 6 person bubble chairs, no $100+ lift tickets...just wonderful terrain, incredible snow, and simply amazing views of northern Vermont and Canada. If this resort was closer, I'd be there every weekend. Stay true Smuggs...

We were very impressed with our unit, and even felt it would be a very comfortable year-round residence. The staff were all exceptional! Even though we are not skiers, we found lots of things to do in the area. Recommend highly!

Smugglers' Notch Resort has a great reputation for good reason. The condo accommodations are fabulous - roomy and well-appointed - and there is plenty of outdoor stuff to here for people of all ages. We took a trip to Bingham Falls, and it was a very enjoyable hike to such a pretty area. If we were to come back again,...
