First time visitor to Smugglers Notch over President's weekend (skied Fri, Sat & Sun). School Class trip. We were fortunate enough to arrive with 8 inches of fresh powder. Resort is segregated nicely as green trails are all at Morse Mountain so beginners don't have to worry about intermediates and experts blowing by them on the trails. Others go to...

We have been going to Smuggs for nearly 10 years. It's been a great experience and have enjoyed seeing our kids learn to ski and snowboard. A great family vacation that is great value for a ski holiday. Ski runs are never really that busy (maybe just a bit on a weekend after a good snow) and runs are well...

2 bedroom was nice, comped upgrade to premium. Was not ski on ski off but shuttle was convenient. North village pool was nice and not crowded. Very friendly lift lines especially on sunday when they needed to be as ridiculously crowded for about 3 hours and then nothing. The weekend was empty. Do not expect a high speed lift -...

My extended family stay in one of Smugg's slope-side condos this past weekend and had one of the best ski weekends ever. It was snowing when we arrived, adding to the new 14" they had just received. The mountain conditions were the best we have seen in the past 12-15 years we have been coming to Smugg's. What was even...

Back again at Smuggs for the fourth time in a row, this time to ring in the New Year. Our repeat business probably speaks for itself, and I have posted extensive reviews of previous visits. Once again, we enjoyed a relaxing ski holiday at a place that knows how to put family first. Small, cozy, quaint and comfortable - that...

Smuggler's Notch is a family nice resort. We went the end of January with a group of 10 people and enjoyed it very much for first-time skiers. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our Ski instructor Randy was the best. He had so much patience to deal with us (a bunch of clowns that were just crashing into each...

Great place for children, all around kind skiing of levels. There are lots of places to eat without leaving the property. The staff is excellent. Just wish they had elevators on all the buildings. Prices on the expensive side.

We are owners at Smugglers Notch. The buildings themselves need a few upgrades (bigger TVs, new bedspreads etc). The best part of the resort is the Ski School. Our daughter attends every year we go and the instructors are the best and have made her a great skier. Well worth the money to have her enjoy her time at Smuggs....

We have been coming here greater than 10 years. Has since become a Wyndham resort. This is an current renovation project due to be finished in March 2017 with the fun zone to add a climbing tower, laser tag area, slot car race tracks huge arcade and obstacle course. The skiing was great, not crowded and a snowstorm just deposited...

I stayed for a week in January and whilst the customer service was good before I arrived, as soon as they had my money they could not have given any less of a damn. They put my child in the wrong ski classes which were two levels below him, and then explained "well he skied on the same mountain, what...

Thank you for providing feedback regarding your experience at Smuggler's Notch. I apologize if there was a misunderstanding with the ski class. I also apologize if the lost item never materialized, and for any excessive exuberance with sales and their attempts to sell vacation property. Kind regards.
