Great hosts and the location is fantastic. A classic style small Vermont ski lodge for a relaxing time off the slopes. Lots of indoor spaces to chill. Enjoyed a great breakfast. The hot tub was perfect even with temperatures near zero F.

We had a wonderful experience at the Woodshed Lodge this past weekend. We were able to rent out the whole lodge for group of 17. The 7 bedrooms worked wonderfully for us .. The owner John was very nice and welcomed us into his home. We had a delicious breakfast in the morning and the smell of coffee when you...

This was the perfect accomodation for our group of 7 while on a ski trip at Jay Peak. Just a short distance away from the hill and away from the crowds. We spent the evenings in the common areas; one night in the dining room playing games and the next in the living room watching the new years eve count...

Aways feels like home when staying at the Woodshed. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Delicious breakfast. Best maple syrup I ever had. Even have dryer for ski boots. Hosts John and Chris couldn't be nicer. Beyond helpful with anything you may need. Fun meeting and talking with people from all over while staying at the woodshed. A true Vermont experience.

The Woodshed Lodge, well located to Jay Peak, captures why weekend ski trips to Vermont can be fabulous and affordable. Family run, the lodge features several comfortable sitting areas and an appropriately themed dining area perfect for a little apres ski. The rooms are very reasonably priced, especially if you are traveling with a group of friends and are comfortable...

The Woodshed lodge is a comfortable and home-y lodge tucked away in the hills near Jay Peak. The lodge has common shared living spaces, including a TV, couches and books, and a hot tub in back. The rooms are clean and tidy, with room of varying sizes available. The bathrooms are clean, and though it takes a little time to...

I brought my 6 year old son to Jay Peak for the first time for February vacation. Chris, John and maple welcomed us in with open arms! It was everything we could possibly want and more! I was looking to find a place that "felt like home" and the Woodshed lodge far exceeded it! The meals were fantastic! Every morning...

Amazing location, extremely friendly staff, and a top notch overall ski vacation experience. Room was very cozy, and the complimentary breakfast was a great way to start off each day. Price was very affordable and I would definitely suggest it to anyone planning on spending some time in the Jay area!

The Woodshed has so much going for it: it's close to Jay Peak, it's homey, it's laid back, there's a hot tub with amazing views, the price is right and everyone is friendly. The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. The shared bathrooms are the same. Our hosts (yellow lab included) were welcoming and accommodating, and this will be...

The minute we walked in and smelled the aroma of old NewEngland cooking and greeted by and old yellow lab we knew we where home. I would not change a thing about this cozy well priced mountain get away. Big antique wood fire place in the dining room and an out door hot tub to watch the evening blessing from...
