I had the pleasure of having my wedding September 12, 2015 at this stunning location. I honestly wish we could do it again. Troy & Janet are amazing people and really have in my opinion the best location for a stunning Wedding. The barn is just breathtaking , the grounds are spectacular and the inn itself is gorgeous!

We stayed at the Ferry Watch Inn recently for a weekend destination wedding. The inn owners were gracious and we enjoyed discussions about the stunning gardens and views of the lake. The breakfasts were made as guests sat down in the dining room and for this picky eater, the considerations regarding my likes and dislikes were well appreciated! As for the... More

We stayed for two nights, and our stay couldn't have been better...the Inn is beautiful and impeccably clean, the setting spectacular, and the innkeepers incredibly attentive to every need. We also met some very interesting fellow guests. The area is perfect for cycling and water sports of all ilk. We'll definitely return!

Don't go there for the breakfasts! !!!! However the grounds are near perfect. The view from all angles outside is wonderful. Owners are pleasant. Room was fine for us. Get a bottle of wine from the nearby convenience store and enjoy while watching the ferries go by...

A lovely couple run the Inn and it's clean & friendly. A little old fashioned, but its perfect setting on Lake Champlain. Breakfast is promptly served at 8:30 with the kind of love and care as if they were cooking for their own family. We were there for friend's wedding on the premises and the owners couldn't have been more... More

This was my first time staying at a Bed and Breakfast, so maybe this is just how it goes at these places, but there were some parts to our stay that were just unusual. When we arrived, there was no overview given to us by the owners. Just simply shown to the room, and told what time breakfast was. No... More

The Ferry Watch Inn will forever hold a special place in my heart. My husband and I married here in August 2013 and it was everything and more that we ever dreamed of for our wedding day. When planning our wedding (we live in Los Angeles) we narrowed down the criteria of what we wanted. During our search for the... More

Lovely couple runs this B&B right on Lake Champlain. Beautiful views and outdoor space. The place is comfortable enough - bedroom small - living room area more spacious but somewhat closed up - could use more windows! Cold and rainy the entire weekend, so not the best visit. The main house has been lovingly restored (overdecorated for my taste adding... More

My husband and I found this beautiful inn and property in Yankee Magazine. We were lucky enough to get a reservation on Father's Day weekend. Among all of the places we have visited, stayed and vacationed I must say that I would rate this as in the top three. Thank you Janet and Troy for making our stay comfortable. The... More

My husband and I along with another couple stayed four nights at The FERRY WATCH INN. The location is lovely - beautiful and well kept lawn right on the water of Lake Champlain. Beautiful sunsets and a wonderful venue for weddings, parties, etc. The innkeepers also rent out the barn. There are Adirondack chairs to sit in by the lake.... More
