My husband and I and another couple stayed at The Village Inn for 3 nights in July 2016 since it is close to Kingdom Trails. We chose room 7, which was large, and included two queen beds, a walk-in closet, a full bathroom with a tub/shower, and a sitting area in the room with a futon, chairs, tv. The room... More

The room was large, comfortable, and attractive. The location was within a reasonable driving distance of some great attractions. For instance, fishing and/or boating at Lake Willoughby as well as other lakes and streams in the region. Some of the other guests came there for the mountain biking experience, which they described as world-class. There is also skiing in the... More

The moment we walked in , we felt at home. Well maintained rooms, great grounds and terrific breakfast. my only comments is that the mattresses in our room needed upgrading, but other than that it was a great experience. Located across the street from the famous "Kingdom Trails" in Northern Vermont, this is for sure a "Bikers" hotel, with secure... More

My husband and I just spent 5 fabulous days at The Village Inn in East Burke, Vermont. Karri, the innkeeper, was beyond helpful. The room was well-kept, the bed was very comfortable, and we slept better than we do at home! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained; we spent time sitting by the stream, listening to the birds and... More

This is a must stay, the owners make you feel like part of the family, in this bed and breakfast. It's a slice of heaven carved up in Vermont. The homemade breakfast, so fresher every morning by the owners, and included in your stay. Close to Burke mountain, this place is dream. Highly recommended, can't wait to come back !

We spent the weekend in this wonderful and cozy inn. The rooms are quiet, clean and cozy. There is a shared kitchen and living room great for unwinding after a day on the slopes or storing your leftovers from a night out. The owners are on-site and very helpful and attentive to their guests. There is also an Indoor/outdoor hot... More

We stayed as son was racing at Burke. Liked the inn although our room was more dorm like than inn like. Breakfast was delicious and inn common area very cozy. Inn owners very kind. Would not suggest room 4. Good deal for the money and good access to burke mtn.

We spent New Years' weekend in room 2. Very clean and well-equipped with a king bed, a small couch, television, private bathroom. The house is restored and updated but has a nice historic vibe to it-our room had some exposed beams and a hardwood floor. The couple who own the inn, Chris and Karri (I might be spelling her name...
