We are sorry about your negative experiences. We would have done something about the dog if we had been told. Our dog policy does state the dog must be socialized and on a leash no longer than 6 feet. There is security until about 1AM, depending upon the occupancy. In our 11 years we have never had a break-in attempt so that is sad to hear.
