If you are considering staying here or hosting an event here, you would be crazy not to! I am reluctant to write this review as I don't want the house to become too popular for us to make reservations. My fiance (now husband!) and I planned our private elopement/wedding in TWO weeks with the help of Mark and Collette and... More

This place was the first overnight stop on a month long road trip. It could not have been better. Truly, I can't think of a single thing they could have done to improve. (and I am picky as all hell) 1 - entrance - music piping, friendly faces greeting you, and showing you around this magnificent old building. 2 -... More

This little gem of an inn is the absolute best experience I've ever had at a B&B and it turns out it was for our wedding! They have a wonderful package complete with flowers, champagne and cake - all expertly laid out by Mark, one of the two proprietors. Also, the breakfasts are gourmet feasts! I could not recommend this... More

Mark and Jeff have created the perfect Bed and Breakfast experience in Vermont. Their home is an expression of love that they share with their guests. A perfect get away. The Inn/house is clean, the food is fantastic, the attention to detail is amazing. The whole time we were there it was as if it was our home. Wonderful!!!

From the music piping into the rooms and outdoor patios, to the delicious breakfast cooked and garnished to perfection, our stay was an exceptional experience. Geof and Mark were charming and gracious hosts! Any B&B we stay at from here on will be held to a very high standard. The entire house is decorated beautifully and kept meticulously clean. Our... That's exactly what we had. We didn't plan on staying here, but it worked out wonderfully that we did. We were welcomed warmly by Collette the manager of the house. Collette was warm, bubbly and so sweet. She welcomed us and took us on a tour of the house. Our room was actually a little cottage that is attached to... More

We had such a wonderful experience at the Williams River House, we don't even know where to begin! We had a small wedding with 9 guests, and everyone had such a lovely time that we were devastated to leave on Sunday. Before arriving, Mark and Collette were extremely prompt and professional in responding to all of our inquiries. We had... More
