Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard. The location was within walking distance of Church Street. The front desk staff were polite and helpful. The major detractor were the uncomfortable (cheap, creaky, and too firm) mattresses. Really surprised how bad the beds were for the rate we were charged. The bathroom was also pretty dated, but I think that's...

We stayed here for one night during our road trip around New England. The Hotel is LITERALLY steps away from Lake Champlain and two or three blocks to Church Street (the large pedestrian only shopping area). The Hotel class in my opinion is well above most of the Courtyards and the staff we encountered were super nice. The room was...

Great service. The rooms that face Lake Champlain are worth paying the big bucks for, especially if you are planning on spending any time in your room. Quiet. Comfy bed. Would have liked a bath tub, but the shower was nice. Conveniently located. The walk along the lake is refreshing.

My husband and I recently enjoyed a one night stay at this Marriott hotel while visiting Burlington. The location can not be beat, you are walkable to all of downtown and the beautiful waterfront area. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and we would stay here again. They have free green mountain coffee in the lobby in the morning...

This hotel sits right on Champlain Lake, within easy walking distance of the main shopping centre, we stayed 2 nights in October as the last stop in our 10 night tour of New England. The rooms are large, well appointed and comfortable. It has a lovely pool and gym area, which was not busy when we were visiting. We eat...

this hotel is beautifully situated on Lake Champlain. the views from the hotel are gorgeous and the front desk staff couldn't be any friendlier or more helpful. We stayed at the hotel for two nights during parents' weekend. The room was comfortable and location can't be beaten! What really stood out, though, was the staff and the customer service. The hotel was packed to capacity but all the employees were very accommodating and took the time to make one feel welcome. I left something behind by mistake,...
