My husband and I stumbled upon this campground by accident and we were so glad that we did! This campground is right on Lake Champlain in Burlington, VT and is not easy to find. Roads within the city of Burlington are narrow, so use caution when going through town. As I said, the campground is not easy to find if... More

This camping was noisy very late at night. The security guards kept putting their lights towards our tent. We could'nt sleep until at least 1 am. Its only positive point was the proximity to the beach.

Just finished a stay at North Beach campground. We love to camp, and this is a little different because it is basically a city campground, while we are usually out more in nature. The campground employees were friendly, the community staying there was friendly, and the facilities were clean. We were there when the campground was 100% sold out, but... More

I have been camping here since I was a child on and off. Couldn't go this year as I hurt my back. I love putting my tent against the woods and the bank. You wake to the birds singing and can look up at leaves. I saw an albino skunk there once years ago. I like the fire rings there... More

We first came in to go to UVM orientation with our new college freshman. This ws in June. It was packed with RV's and a lot of people from Quebec... a lot, which is great. I have not seen so many campers in one place from Canada, (well maybe Avalon campground in NJ), outside of Canadian campgrounds. Having been car/tent... More

Because location! Location, location, location. A 2 minute walk to the beach or bike trails, a 10 minute drive to Downtown and UVM. Bathrooms were clean when we were there. We didn't have to wait for showers either, even though it was a holiday weekend. That said, many of the sites are very small and your neighbors are really close.... More

My husband and I have traveled all over the United States in our VW Camper. To us, camping is being outdoors until we settle down at night for campfire and then in the van to sleep. If we have electric fine...but we are self-contained. We prefer NOT to be with "big rigs", or in name brand campgrounds, or in campgrounds... More

This is a small campground perfectly positioned on Lake Champlain with easy beach access, amazing vistas and a woodsy feel. The spaces are close together but many have shade trees. We were looking for some seclusion so we kept to the rear where there are larger sites. The bathrooms were very clean, sites accommodated with a picnic table and campfire... More

Great location, very clean, cozy....2minute walk to lake champlain. A big thank you to Pauleen, she was awesome! Amazing customer service. Would recommend this place. Bring your bikes, just next to a bike path. Visit the farmer's market on saturday's...really cool. Honestly, best campgrounds I've been to.

If you are planning on sleeping don't camp here. Clueless employees with no sense of courtesy ride around in a loud golf cart, all hours of the night, lights on full, laughing and talking at normal volume. They woke us up four times, the last being at 3:30 am. We tried to find someone to speak with when we left... More

I am sorry to hear that my night security was doing that, especially since they are supposed to be walking unless they are checking the beaches on the bike path. if you could I would appreciate it if you could call me here at the campground, 802-862-0942, and ask for the Manager and I would like to apologize to you...
