This truly is a great place to stay. Amy was an absolutely perfect hostess. She was not only knowledgable, but enthusiastic about the area. We can't think of a thing the inn did not provide for the guests. Including other friendly guests! The quality and...More
We stayed at the Forty Putney Road in November for our anniversary. We were very impressed with this B&B. We generally don't like to stay and bed and breakfasts because sometimes you don't get enough privacy but this wasn't the case with Forty Putney Road....More

No you can not see any Falls from this lovely B&B. There is a body of water behind the property, that is accessible via a path to have a short hike. The CT river is the main water attraction for Brattleboro. I actually never heard of any falls in the immediate area, but that doesn't mean there aren't any. Here is a quick search URL for water falls in New England that brought this list up, that might help you. There is a click spot at the top right for a list of more falls.
