A beautiful cabin/tenting/RV resort just down the canyon from Zion National Park. We stayed in one of the snail rustic cabins and it was delightful! Restrooms are not inside cabins but rather across the street which is on a short walk. Gift store has unique gifts and the staff was very friendly. We look forward to staying there in our... More

This is an awesome resirt. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They have general store s small game room. Beautiful level paved pull through to look out over the nountains. Or set back with a window cracked and hear the babbling spring of water . Cabins with super clean sheets etc are kept up to date. There is also a nice... More

This place is located in Virgin Utah which is about 20 minutes from Zion National Park. The surroundings are beautiful! Its located right along side the Virgin River. The facilities are very well kept. They have RV sites as well as small cabins and tent sites. Nice pool for the warmer days and also a small store and laundry/shower facilities.... More

Loved the beautiful cabins. Great for children and easy access to the bathrooms. A 15 min or so drive to Zion National Park. Trick or treating at the park was lovely, so many friendly people! There is even a Halloween party after, which my children were too tired to attend. We will be back!

We are so glad you got to join us for Halloween! We do have a great time here and the kids love to participate in the trick or treating; site decorating contest, and our Halloween Party is so much fun. Sorry that your kids missed it. We hope that you will visit again soon! More

This place to me, was absolute perfect. If you're a basic traveling RV'r then this place is pretty perfect. As I'm sure it's great for longer term as well. We were only here for 5 days so we didn't use the laundry. We spent most of our time in the Zion Park, so we didn't really use the pool or... More

We are so glad that you had such a great stay with us. You are correct about the dirt and rock berm on our property and yes it is there for safety purposes as in our rainy season the Virgin River can get very high. We do have signs posted not to climb on the berm because it is not... More

We camped in a 40 foot MH towing a car. This park was easy to navigate and park, even the back in sites. This is arid country so mostly pea gravel, or concrete sites with some grass in the pull thru's. Very well maintained, clean and quiet. We had site #51 and had a great view of the red sandstone... This is a nice park and is clean BUT everything is expensive, from the laundry to the site...$58 a night is way too much for what you get. WE have Verizon and you can forget cell service. The office has a cell boost room and I still could not make a call. The wifi is not any better and the... More

Thank you for starting off with a compliment. Unfortunately, as consumers we are so dependent on our gadgets that when they don't work, our experience can go downhill fast. I have Verizon service myself and have been able to get 3 bars for phone and text service using our cell phone booster. When guests have not been able to get... More

The staff are very helpful, but we found the office to be understaffed during our visit. Sites are close together with lots of concrete, but the park was quiet despite the close quarters. Not many trees. The showers were not very clean, and the five minute delay between showers was inconvenient at best. I didn't quite realize how far Zion... More

Site is well maintained, very clean. Amenities are great: pool, hot tub, and more. Laundry prices are HIGH. Bathrooms are bizarre. They are individual. Each one has one toilet, one sink, and one shower. If you are using it, the door is locked. You just need a handful of people taking showers in the AM, and the toilets and sinks... More

Thank you for your review. You have a great point about the restrooms. We realize some expansion is needed and we are talking about how and when we can make that happen. Otherwise we are glad you had a good experience here and feel you can recommend us to others. More

Nice park. A little too close to neighbors but it was fine. We had a back RV lot against the river. Couldn't see it but the sound of water was nice. Used the pool, restrooms, and showers. All great. We drove into the park (10 minutes?) and parked then used the shuttle to get around the park. Also took the... More

I love your Review Title..."Middle of nowhere..." Virgin really is a tiny little town. If we were in England, it would be called a village. But there are some great things about that as well. Every time I drove up to Zion National Park this year it was a madhouse; people and cars everywhere. It really does feel like a... More
