There are many reviews that are positive, but Antler Inn is not what it used to be or what they advertise. We have stayed here several years in a row, and each year this place has gone further and further down hill. Last year we started to see the place decline and get bad: the pool was murky and cold. The hot tub was SO GROSS and had a ring around the tub, so extremely hot it would burn you!!! The carpets were getting stained, and hair was in our bathroom behind the door and in the sink. THIS YEAR is it MUCH WORSE!!! The carpets are stained, and gross. The beds are not comfortable. There is NO FREE BREAKFAST, so don't plan having a breakfast. We had friends stay at other hotels and they offer breakfast bagged to go. There is NO POOL or HOT TUB! The walls are very thin. You will hear people above you and beside you. You can hear suit cases dragged across the floor and people yelling at their kids next door. The only thing that is good is that the rooms are large and spacious. The place is quiet. It's really not worth the price you pay for a night!…
this place was disgusting.looked fairly clean when we first entered the room but when you entered the bathroom there was a heavy smell of urine, down the front of the toilet there was urine and on the floor also.hair in the tub so we wouldnt even shower there .we wont be back.
This hotel room was very large and everything was clean and good to go. It has 2 pools which was very nice even though we did not get to use them. Although, this hotel is nothing fancy it had everything we needed and wanted.
Had fridge and microwave so we were able to use as base to visit National Parks nearby. It was very reasonable with a breakfast included. Clean and roomy. I'd stay again. It's nice to have a frig and microwaves for snacks or to warm up leftover so you aren't constantly eating out during a pandemic.
We found the Antler Inn on a whim. Vernal is full of name brand hotels but we wanted to give a local a try. Boy were we thrilled! Our double queen room was huge with two overstuffed chairs for winding down after a long day. We ate next door at JB's for both dinner and our free breakfast! Wow, no sad make your own waffles and cold cereal here. We took advantage of the hot tub while completing our adventures 1/2 way point laundry. ALL of the extra toiletries were incredible! I see no mention of them here.... on top of the usual stuff , there was a razor, shaving cream, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, mouth wash and MORE. Quiet, comfortable, sweet retreat for the night. Thanks Antler Inn you exceeded all expectations of our "take our chances" stop.
