Really beautiful, family-run inn on a working farm. It was so peaceful and had lovely views of canyons and the back side of Bryce Canyon. The breakfasts were delicious and made with the freshest ingredients. The couple who operate the Inn are friendly, welcoming and full of terrific advice on things to see and do in the area.

My wife an I really enjoyed our stay here last month. Emily and Joe along with their boys are very nice hosts. We were made to feel right at home and had several nice conversations with the family. This place is very unique with opportunities to see their farm animals and sit outside to enjoy the views. I particularly enjoyed my mornings sitting on the front porch, drinking coffee and the company of one of several farm cats!` This place is unique in that you share part of the families living space, in particular if you stay in the "Main House". I loved that they were willing to cook you breakfast at a time of your choosing. Also, they are very accommodating. My wife likes to add Almond milk to her coffee, so they went out and bought some for her. After a week of traveling around Utah, the free use of their laundry was a super nice perk! 15 minutes or so drive to the Bryce Canyon National Park main entrance. A couple of minutes drive from the "Mossy Cave" trail.

Wonderful 2 night stay at this very comfortable B & B. Our room was spacious and had 2 huge and very comfortable beds. We slept well and our room was quiet and warm (weather was very chilly during our stay). The room was very clean and the bedding very good quality. Seperate good sized bathroom within the room. Our room was in the main house upstairs. Much to my joy there was a laundry with a washer and dry free for us to use. Breakfast was downstairs in a sunny room and the food was cooked by Emily our host. Fresh and healthy fruit, we had a delicious vege omlete which ticked my no meat needs as well as fruit and yoghurt. Next day was equally nice with a German pancake and fresh fruit. Breakfast was so large we didn't need to eat until lunch. Big fridge outside for guests use. And tea/coffee inside ready to go at any time. The location was great. Just minutes from Torrey which had a really good but small supermarket, bank and a few places to eat. We just got snacks from supermarket and ate a big lunch out. Close to Bryce NP. We stayed 2 nights and explore the park and did some extra walks Emily suggested. I reckon I should have stayed 3 nights and taken a night off Vegas as that was hideous. Really recommend staying here. Lovely couple that run the property, helpful but also not intrusive, perfect balance.

Bullberry Inn was a gem to have found! We had a wonderful stay while we explored Bryce Canyon, Kodachrome Basin, and Grosvenor Arch! Our Hosts, Emily and Joe (along with their wonderful children) were welcoming and provided the best accommodations for us! Their breakfasts were amazing especially the German pancakes!! Loved their stories of their family farm.

From the beginning, both Emily & Joe made me and my son feel at home. Joe gave us a tour of the farm and shared his personal experiences in the area. The room was quiet & clean, and we enjoyed the outstanding gourmet style breakfast each morning. Emily checked with us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. This is a great location to visit the area and I would highly recommend the Bullberry Inn.

Nice BnB. Convenient to Bryce Canyon NP and Kodachrome State Park. Breakfast was good (but not great) and the rooms were a little noisy as the sound insulation could have been better. Location and proximity to Bryce made up for some of the minor isues.

A lovely, friendly Bed and Breakfast where you very much made to feel part of the family. Emily's breakfasts are different every day and are always top drawer. Our room had a little balcony from which we could watch the moon rise over the Bryce with a glass of wine. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Highly recommended.
