We stayed in a room on the second floor in the annex. It had a queen bed and two twins so it was perfect for our family of three. The owners are super nice. Location is close to town and restaurants plus easy access to Bryce Canyon. Breakfast was great. They serve a few parties at once and everyone had... More

We wanted to check out Bryce Canyon and the lodge was full. Boy are we glad! It forced us to find lodging outside of the park and we discovered the Bullburry Inn. What a gem! The room we had was comfortable and nicely appointed, perfect for the two of us. We took advantage of the comfortable chairs on the lawn... More

We were lucky enough to spend two nights at the Bullberry Inn while visiting Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks. And we couldn't have asked for a better retreat. Larry and Teresa made us feel incredibly welcome, and the whole experience really lived up to the sign on the wall just inside the inn - 'Arrive as strangers, leave as... More

Stayed here mid June 2016. Lovely location, lovely hosts, lovely room, lovely, no, fantastic breakfasts! The inn is ideally situated for access to Bryce Canyon. We were in the annex and our room was immaculate. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Tropic. Thank you Teresa and Larry.

We, two couples, stayed at Bullberry for two nights to visit Bryce Canyon 17th & 18th June. When I booked Larry suggested the two rooms upstairs in the main house and this was a good choice. The rooms are a good size, nice bathroom but also between the two rooms there is a large sitting area and even access to... More

Reasonable standard accommodation, reasonable price, friendly hosts, guest fridge, big breakfasts, lovely location, drive to Bryce attractive. Noise from other rooms (we were downstairs with squeaky floorboards above) a bit off putting. Great location for Bryce Canyon. Tip: If you're driving from or to Las Vegas, come off highway at Cedar City and take SR 14 through Dixie Forest to... More

Located in Tropic, this B&B is not too far from the entrance of Bryce Canyon. We had a large room, fully equipped, very good value. The owners were very helpful and nice. Breakfast is great. We also enjoyed staying in Tropic, a small town that has none of the hustle and bustle of parks in summer.

We stayed here for two nights in June to visit Bryce NP, we had a ground floor room in the annex which was great, it had a queen bed and ac which we used briefly as the nights we quite cool. The room had a nice porch outside where we sat in the evening having a quiet beer and watching... More

First of all, I don't think I really understood the geography around Bryce. I tried, but too late, to get rooms inside the Park at the Bryce Lodge. If you are wanting to hike Bryce and enjoy being inside the amazing scenery of the Park, then the Lodge is by far the best option. Once I started to look for... More

We found the Bullberry ideal as a base for visiting Bryce as it's about 15 mins from the park entrance and near to reasonable eating places . Larry and Teresa were great hosts providing good information and super breakfasts . The room was spacious and very clean and we would stay there again if in the area
