These are beautifully equipped and clean lodges; we stayed in a bungalow with a "Murphy bed" for our teenage son. All matresses were incredibly comfortable. The bungalow had a fridge, microwave, airconditioning and a log fire for winter. Check in was polite, friendly and incredibly helpful. We were provided local tips for walks and great stop off points for our... More

The location is very pretty and borders the Bryce National Park. There are however many problems with our guesthouse. The building is next to the restaurant so you hear everything. Trucks coming and going, trash in dumpster, people in the morning and at night when we wanted peace and quiet. Internet was spotty, ac did not work properly and we... More

We searched for a place to stay to visit Bryce Canyon, but we wanted to avoid the touristy Bryce Canyon City area (I stayed there a couple years ago and didn't like the whole area - especially the food options are just pricey and consist mostly out of tasteless "tourist" food). We are so glad we found this gem. We... More

Stone Canyon Inn is new, clean and well updated. We stayed in a bungalow- it had 1 king in a separate bedroom, and one double sized Murphy bed in the living area. It was a little tight for my family of 2 adults and 3 kids. It also had a toaster oven, microwave, small fridge and a coffee maker. The... More

This cozy little bungalow is perfect for two people. It may be a bit tight for a family. I didn't care about wifi, really do we have to have it everywhere? It is a distance to drive, but it was worth it to me to be away from everything and have the quiet outside when I awoke. The jets on... More

Perfect place to stay for Bryce Canyon visit and the meal we had there was EXCELLENT. It was pricey but it was an anniversary and both the food and the service were superb. The staff was a little "distant" at the hotel itself but the wait staff at the restaurant could not have been nicer.

We wanted to fall in love with this Inn, so we will give the pros and the cons. The pro is the setting: Far from the maddening crowds and commercial ventures that clog the entry to Bryce. The con is the cost and the setting: It's a bit more than a mile from Tropic, which in itself is tiny, so... More

Very disappointed by the standard of accommodation at Stone Canyon. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers and can only describe the bungalow as a squeeze. Although advertised as suitable for 4 the primrose bungalow is obviously designed for a couple. There's nowhere to sit or eat comfortably. The website is misleading. We thought we were getting a... When traveling with a family, I like having separate rooms and bathrooms. However for the price I expect a little more than what we experienced here. They make it clear that they do not service the rooms daily, why not provide "touch up service.?" They advertised wifi but it is barely usable with a weak signal that is not accessible... More

The bungalows would be good for just 2 people. We had five and it was tight quarters. The efficiency kitchen is only a small refrigerator and a microwave. There is no sink available to fill the water for the coffee maker except in the bathroom. Also the refrigerator was dirty when we got there and there was an old coffee... More
