Great location, beds extremely comfortable, breakfast delicious and large. Hosts are so friendly, like being at your local diner. Went to the barn next morning and helped feed the horse, donkey and Llama. Loved all of it.

We loved our stay at Buffalo Sage. Proprietors Alice and David were very accommodating and their Inn is wonderful. They have an amazing modern log home that is warm and cozy. Our room was clean, warm (we had 50 mph winds with a large storm front right on top of us!) and cozy. The bed/bedding was comfortable. Daybreak was spectacular... More

We stayed 3 nights this past week. Nice room with a private entrance, a great view and a very comfortable bed and shower--hot with great water pressure! Wonderful after our long days of hiking. Owners, Alice and David, were very welcoming, accommodating and interesting to talk to. They were knowledgeable and had great suggestions for a few areas to visit... More

Our first look at this b@b driving up should have warned us but we had a reservation confirmed. We had a good scenic view but was greeted at the front door by a barking dog. The host was pleasant but the room was horrible. The layers of dust covering the tables and tv was disgusting. The room was small and... More

Did not know what to expect. The B&B had a beautiful room with a very comfortable bed. There is a deck on the back that you can see wonderful views. We were there during rainy season and saw some amazing rainbows from the back deck. It was also a great place to look at stars at night. The breakfast was... More

We were really glad we chose this location in Tropic as opposed to being right outside of the park which looked like a giant tourist attraction, and not in a good way. The B&B had a nice, clean, comfortable room and great views from the deck and the living room area. The hosts were friendly, accommodating and made us great... More

Stayed 2 nights. Very comfortable and well-decorated room with a view. Owners were very nice interesting to talk to. Breakfasts were excellent and plentiful. Good location for Bryce Canyon and Escalante National Monument.

We stayed with friends at Buffalo age B&B for one night while visiting Bryce Canyon. We arrived early but had no trouble leaving luggage with the owners while we went exploring. The owners were most accommodating and encourage you to settle in and relax. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The view from the veranda over the valley was... More

There are many things to recommend about this B & B, beginning with the wonderful view off the back porch, where you can pull up a chair and watch the deepening colors of the sunset against the canyon walls. The absolute quiet and isolation are effective balms for the soul and spirit. The rooms are simple, but clean. The breakfast... More

Your hosts are Alice and David. You'll have a hard time finding nicer people, and they prepare a breakfast that can go a long way into the day. Bryce is close by, which is another plus for this place on a hill - I forgot to mention - it is very visible from the road. David is into astronomy, so... More

“King room has a beautiful pine bed, spacious bathroom and lots of storage space. Private entrance to large patio with lounge chairs overlooking valley and mountains. No a/c but ceiling fan was more than adequate to get temp where we wanted. Two rooms open to bottom patio, and two rooms have entrance on upper deck. The king room is a bottom room.”
