Our "cabin" was mouse-infested with droppings everywhere and the heat didn't work. They obviously knew about the mouse problem because there were bait stations everywhere. Staff ignored our complaints and would not switch us to another cabin or give us a refund.

You're talking about Bryce Canyon I presume when you say "park". Nothing is close enough to walk, and the park itself is way too big to walk around.

I would think that they are pet friendly because we were surrounded by sheep and cats. There is a farm all around the property.
