Great reclusive place close enough to Bryce Canyon without the hazzle. Very romantic country style. Charming homecooked breakfast. Highly recommend. Nice view and certainly a bit off the beaten track. New house and rooms. A refreshing break from the endless monotomous row of hotels

On the East side of Bryce, this little town is very rural. It was nice to be away from the commercial hype at the entrance to Bryce. The B and B is very comfortable and clean. It feels like visiting relatives! The whole family is involved with check in and breakfast. It was so peaceful to watch the sun go...

What a great place to stage your visit to Bryce Canyon. The unit was clean, comfortable and very private including its own bathroom. Breakfast was excellent with good conversation and the hosts were friendly and helpful. Best of all it was a short drive, about ten minutes to Bryce which allowed us to come home after hiking and rest and...

This B&B provides a wonderful alternative to a cabin experience. Clean rooms and friendly owners on site makes for a homey experience. The surrounding neighborhood is a diverse mix of types of homes. The property is a little hard to find. PRINT AND BRING THE MAP SUPPLIED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. Thinking you will look it up on your phone /...

Being familiar with B&Bs in Ireland (having stayed in at least 10 different ones over the years), I must say that the two B&Bs we stayed at in Utah, this one and another in Springdale, just failed to hit the mark with me. I expected a warm greeting upon arrival (perhaps with a cup of tea), a wealth of information...

We are happy you enjoyed your stay with us, and thank you for complimenting our wonderful location facing Bryce Canyon. I do feel bad that the breakfast was sparse, usually my Mother is there and she makes sure no one leaves the breakfast table on an empty stomach. As far as being greeted we usually try to make small talk...

First, understand that Tropic, UT is a VERY SMALL community about 10 miles from Bryce Canyon National Park. The area near the park have very few lodging facilities or dining options. The Bryce Canyon Livery Bed and Breakfast appears to be a built for purpose B&B. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The owners, however, while pleasant, weren't all that...

Jeanee and her family were warm and welcoming. Our room was nice and very comfortable. The views from the porch toward Bryce Canyon were wonderful. Breakfast was outstanding. Tropic, UT is a bit off-putting driving to the B & B, but don't let that fool you, this is a gem.

In searching for a place to stay for our trip to Bryce Canyon, we found most of the hotels booked so we expanded our search and found this Bed and Breakfast only 15 minutes outside of the National Park. The B&B has 5 rooms to offer (3 upstairs and 2 down). I recommend the upstairs as you get a small...

Enjoyed our stay at this B&B in Tropic. Bryce Canyon only 15 minutes away. Room was upstairs with a patio with a nice view. Room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed breakfast and talking to other guests. Great option if visiting Bryce.

We stayed one night at this B&B. The room was clean, the bathroom looked newly renovated. There is free wifi and an extra heater in the room if it gets cold. The hot water came on immediately in the shower. The breakfast in the morning was very nice and the owner was super friendly. I would be happy to stay...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Bryce Canyon Livery Bed and Breakfast is Located in the heart of Bryce Canyon. Tropic Utah, to be exact. We are NOT located on the main Highway (Bywy 12) instead, we are west of the main Highway 4 Blocks with a spectacular view of Bryce right from every room and balcony including the beautiful front porch. Waking up every morning to watch the sun light up the pink hills and kiss the beautiful gardens on the property is both breathtaking and refreshing. We are in a quiet part of town with very minimal traffic and light pollution so stargazing from the front lawn is easy and enjoyable. Our Rooms are newly remolded, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very rewarding. With our signature homemade sour dough waffles and berry syrup every morning to go along with the main dish and fresh fruit. Coffee, tea and orange juice are always served and refreshing. With a warm home feel to this quante little place you will be sure to enjoy your stay. ... more   less
