Peaceful and gorgeous. The Pine Shadows cabins are in a beautiful setting. Waking up in the morning you look out the window to see the sun glowing on the red rock mountains. They are out of the way of traffic and buildings. This makes for an extremely peaceful setting. Yet they are close enough to restaurants in Torrey and to the national park entrance. They are extremely well kept up and clean.
We went down to do some social distancing/hiking in Capitol Reef and stayed at these cabins. They were extremely clean, cozy, and had a full kitchen so we could bring all of our own food so as to not put pressure on Torrey's grocery store. The landscape was amazing and quiet. Hosts were very helpful and checked on us regularly to see if we needed anything. Great place to stay all around. Highly recommended!
We recently learned about dark sky parks and so we decided to visit Capitol Reef National Park mainly for stargazing but what we found in Teasdale and Torrey, UT was an incredibly beautiful town! Don't get me wrong the views of the night sky was stunning but beautiful landscape took our breath away. And then there was Pine Shadows Cabins... this place is a treasure, it was absolutely stunning! And only a few minutes drive from the park. Not only is the property very peaceful and private, the views of the landscape from the property are incredibly beautiful. And at night, the stargazing from right outside the cabin door is incredible. We didn't need to drive over to the park, it was that good! On to the cabins. The cabins were super clean, comfortable, and had everything you could ever need. They had such a welcoming/cozy feel as soon as you entered. I cannot say enough great things about this place. We arrived a little late but the owner, Debbie, was very kind and met us to show us the cabin. She left us her phone number in case we needed anything but we didn't need to contact her as everything was perfect. Thank you Debbie and Pine Shadows Cabin for an unforgettable stay, I am pretty sure we will be coming back!…
Clean (impeccably!) Spacious (pics don't do justice) well-stocked, comfortable cabins with unobstructed, amazing views of the wonderful Utah landscape and skies. The affable hosts live nearby and were "on call" should we have needed anything.
What I delightful stay we had at Pine Shadow Cabins. Our cabin was surprisingly large! There was plenty of space for my friend and me. The kitchenette is well stocked. There is a full sized refrigerator and a nice drip coffee maker with filters and coffee. Debbie and Steve made sure we had everything we needed, and even cleaned the charcoal grill for us each day while we hiked in the park. I highly recommend staying here! We were only about 10 minutes from the entrance to the park.
