We have done over 15 zip lines in multiple countries, states. This was by far the best when it comes to speed, views, and staff. This is a must put on your list. Do the full zip tour, it is so worth it. We will be back and do this again.

We did not stay at the resort, but we did utilize their stables. After our ride, we purchased a couple of items in their gift shop. One item was accidentally left behind. We didn't realize this until late at night when packing for the airport. It was too late to return ourselves and no time before leaving town the next day. After a couple of phone calls, I was able to reach Taylor. I believe he is the front desk manager. Taylor was gracious enough to get our missing item to us! We are so grateful for his understanding and effort in resloving the situation. My mom cried when she received her mug!

I took my 86 year old parents who were a bit nervous and had a fear of heights. I accidentally screwed up our reservations got the wrong day and they were able to change it so we could be on the next tour. They were excellent in making them feel safe and secure. The lift operators were great in helping them off the lift (first timers). It turned out to be a great day and all of the guides were really great. At the end they were talking about wanting to do it again. It was a gamble but thanks to great staff they made this a great experience for all of us.

5 of us did the zipline at Sundance on Sunday, Aug 22, 2021. The ride was amazing!! We soared so high in the sky (one operator said it was the highest zip line in North America) with spectacular views of mountains and resevoirs. The operators were very competent and made us feel confident that we were in good hands. In between the rides we took the lifts to get us from one platform to the next. Definitely would recommend this for anyone in the Park City or Provo Area - we were staying in Park City and it was about 40 minutes away.

Our family's Sundance experience was absolutely amazing...the activities, grounds, and staff were all wonderful and made our first vacation since the pandemic started memorable! Our family loves visiting Utah, and we were all so happy we stayed at Sundance to explore the state more. Highly, highly recommend, especially if you are looking for activities, hiking, and spa days.
