This is NOT a resort. Rather it is a Condominium Complex that have individual owners who rent their properties. With most rentals or stays, from both Las Palmas or Sports Village you receive a day pass to the Spa. The spa is clean and maintained, but not as well in the winter. Las Palmas is quiet if you're on the...

We loved Green Valley Spa, the room was spacious, and the beds were great, we slept like babies after our amazing treatments in the spa. It was nice to have breakfast included. Especially since it was a sit down order from the menu breakfast. They do every thing right. The staff was so friendly that we felt spoiled. Made for...

We loved our stay at Green Valley Spa! We wanted to bring our Great Pyrenees with us while we were on a quick business trip and there is nowhere nice to take dogs-especially big ones like ours. Green Valley Spa was perfect for a nice getaway that had it all. It looks a little junky when you pull up but...

We have been coming here since 2010 and the facilities have not been maintained. We were told that new owners have acquired the facility, but our last stay on February 4, 2017, was the last time we will be staying here. Our room was not cleaned properly. Housekeeping did not go into the bathroom and replace the towels or toiletries....

My sister and I came for a 'mini' retreat and it exceeded our expectations. The employees were helpful, friendly and courteous. The grounds and buildings were kept up and in good condition. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. A lot of activities were offered and we could choose our own schedule of what we wanted to do. The food was...

We brought the family down between Christmas and New Years. Stayed in one of the 3 berm 2 bath condos. It was just right. Great views. Easy in and out access... lots of amenities for the money. Kids loved it

The property is in need of some updating. The rooms are nice and good size. Clean with good amenities. The tennis camp is excellent. Video analysis showing your game in slow motion and comparing your strokes side by side with the professionals. Both indoor and outdoor courts. I stayed for two days, three would be better. My next trip to...

This resort was pretty nice. They have pools all over the place, lots of tennis courts, racquetball, mini golf, a big outdoor chess board, basketball courts, etc... Our room was nice as well. We had to unplug the fridge because it would clunk at night.

This place is awful in every way. They are unhelpful and rude to their customers. Don't think you'll be sleeping in or relaxing by the pool because every morning starting at 8AM they leaf blow the entire property. This has the effect of sweeping away two leaves and annoying about 100 people. Awful company run by incompetent people who hate...

We have stayed at Green Valley 3 times and we love it! It is a perfect place for families. My only problem was with Trip Advisor. I looked on Trip Advisor to rent a condo in St. George over President's Day Weekend. This website said lots of condos were available. Luckily, before I booked, I checked with Green Valley and...
