Our second time at this location. Staying in a 4 Bedroom suite. As before the place was wonderful. Had everything we needed and more. Great location, 3 pools, clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Wonderful location for day trips to Zion NP, Bryce Canyon NP, Snow Canyon SP and so much more. Spent the days hiking all the wonderful parks around St George and the evening relaxing at the resort. We will definitely be staying at this resort again!

This was our first time visiting St. George and the surrounding area. The Estancia was a great basecamp and the perfect property for families. We hiked Snow Canyon, Zion and Bryce Canyon while in the area. Each are a drive, but very worth the trip. Rooms - We had a three bedroom and it was enormous for our family. The large balcony was a highlight. We used the kitchen and washer/dryer everyday. Such a perk to have in the room. Room was very clean when we arrived. There are elevators and carts for luggage. Highly recommend this place for families with kids, couples traveling together, or multi-generational families. Property - Since our unit faced the largest pool, we tended to use that one. It never felt crowded, but was a popular spot. We also ventured over to the kids splash pad, which was a nice treat to have. It appeared there was RV parking for people who wanted to park and stay in a room for several days. St. George Area - Here's my only negative, which really isn't about this property at all. I was pretty underwhelmed with the community of St. George. We didn't find many interesting or upscale restaurants. We always try to eat local and avoid the chains when traveling. But even the local spots were just eh. We thought there would be activities to do in the community, but we didn't find much. Snow Canyon State Park is close and we loved that! But if you aren't interested in hiking or outdoor activities, it was a bit dull.…

We were in one of the Worldmark units. We stayed in a 4 bedroom with our family of 8. The beds, pillows and bedding are very nice and comfortable. I always appreciate good pillows and mattresses. In the four bedroom you basically have two master suites. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. All of the bathrooms are a good size. The layout is nice and fairly spacious. The kitchen was very well stocked. The pool, hot tub and pickle ball courts were great. If you are a WorldMark members you can borrow pickle ball equipment from the front desk and pool towels are provided in the unit. The grocery store was about a 6-7 minute drive. This resort seems very new. Everything was clean and nice. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely go back.

This is the only place that I really want to stay in St. George. Granted, we don't ALWAYS get to stay here, but we stay here quite often. The unites are 3 and 4 bedroom units, equipt with the different beds that you may need (Kings in the master; twins or queens in the other rooms) The kitchens are lovely with all the amenities that you'll need to cook in. I love that there are grills on the patios there--a lot of fun for a family kabob night. The pool and hot tub are nice. This is where I try to book when I know that we're traveling, but snag it quick! It seems that everyone wants to stay here. Hint: Try to get a top floor room--no little feet stomping above you.

We had a great 3/2 ground floor condo. It was very clean and spacious. We were glad that we had the ground floor as we had 3 bikes with us and did not want to bring them into elevators. The mountain biking is right behind the resort and it is great you can also go to different areas like Bearclaw Poppy which is 5 minutes away and is world class mountain biking. The resort is centrally located to many of the attractions as Pioneer Park, Zion National Park and The Dinosaur Discovery Site.

Staying in a 3 bedroom/2 bath penthouse on the 2nd floor. The place was wonderful. Had everything we needed and more. Great location, 3 pools, clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Due to the Covid “scamdemic” the pools had limited times, and it seemed like there were less crowds, but other than that it was business as usual in Southern Utah. Spent the days hiking all the wonderful parks around St George and the evening relaxing at the resort. We will definitely be staying at this resort again!

Had a 3 bedroom unit and view on the 3rd floor. Unit is well stocked with quality appliances, utensils and spices. Pool and hot tub area were good, except for the trend that these areas become babysitters for kids while parents hang out in their units... Seems like a hazard to the resort, and these areas should be more closely monitored. Location was away from town, which is a good thing. Traffic is crazy in this town! We originally planned on going to all parks in S. Utah, but found Zion / Kolob, Snow Canyon and Red Cliffs very amazing and ended up staying close to St. George. Hiking is GREAT! Did 42 miles over six days. We will go back to the area but will choose a different destination. The sales staff is HIGH pressure, and we are not at all interested in buying into a timeshare. They never left us alone in their sales pitch, but we resisted and left unscathed by the sale.…

Absolutely STUNNING facility in St. George, Utah! The staff is very accommodating, but the views and the amenities are out of this world! You will not be disappointed with this amazing resort. We will be certainly returning again!

We stayed in unit 102 for a week during the Huntsman World Senior Games. The unit was ok except the TV in the living room wouldn't work, despite of a call to the management. All of the large plastic glasses leaked and we had to have them replaced. There were only three teaspoons and we did not get additional ones despite requesting them. There was no microwaveable cookware. All in all, the unit felt neglected.

We recently stayed in the Worldmark Estancia and had a 4 bedroom, 3 bath Penthouse. It was on the first floor which we really appreciated. We had 19 family members staying at Estancia and the St. George Worldmark. We used the Penthouse for the family gatherings and the whole setup was outstanding. There were two Masters with great bathrooms with large tubs and showers. One shower was 6' x 8' in size (the only negative was the mediocre showheads) and the bathrooms were quite nice. The room was near the pool and very convienent for the family. We are Platinum members of Worldmark, so used points for the stay. Coming from Phoenix made a great 2 day stop on our way to Park City and back to Vegas for a few days to break up the long drive with our 4 car caravan of family. We LOVED St George!!…
