Don’t be fooled by the attractive lobby. Dirty , unkempt small room that was strongly scented with carpet product. Musty linens, uncomfortable bed.Television didn’t work and not repaired. Only one elevator worked. Manager didn’t bother to talk to me personally about hotel problems when I took my time to go to front desk to resolve. Overpriced poor quality property.

Attended conference- Red Rock Conference. Very convenient to walk to conference room. Good checkin process and out. They do serve breakfast, which I didn’t try as part of conference. We were on first floor just behind front desk. Room nice- see,Ed like air conditioner compressor maybe going out( husband’s thought) but we didn’t mention as not sure. Front desk staff help- many amenities.

the price at the time we went, even though I found cheaper, were going for $300+ so I thought must be nice. However rooms need major upgrade. Wallpaper peeling off wall, stained wallpaper in the bathroom, carpet frayed and torn at doorway, curtain valance coming down, mattress was hard and sagged on the sides. Very, very disappointed and will go back to Best Western hotels,. I do have to comment on the staff, all so friendly, and their free breakfast was great.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for a conference in town and due to car issues, we had to stay an extra night. I cannot think of a place I would prefer to stay if needed. The staff is wonderful, the breakfast omelets are fantastic. My wife and I will stay here again the next time we are in town!

I travel all the time and Hiltons continuity disappoint. Bad rooms at this Hilton! The toilet didn’t work properly, air conditioning never cooled the room enough at the 110 degrees we had outside. The worst thing was the big dried blood stains on my carpet between the beds. I called Hilton customer service and sent in all the info along with pictures and they said I would have some urea h out within 24hr, it’s been a week and o response from them. Glad I’m a Diamond member and they can’t even return a call. Marriott has been a good switch this year!

Accompanied my husband on a conference next door, so spent a lot of time in the hotel. The rooms were clean, beds comfy temperature good, reasonably quiet. The pool area was basic but serene and clean. Thus the four-star review. However, there is room for improvement. There was a smear on my bathroom wall the entire time that housekeeping never cleaned. The sink didn’t drain. There was confusion for a five day stay we somehow had three reservations, and had to keep changing keys. Generally of a hotel this class I expect the breakfast to be included, but there was an extra charge here. Hint, go to the Walmart two miles away and stock up.

Great location for beginning the trek to Zion National Park. Ample places to eat nearby and this was a great stripping point after driving from Las Vegas before heading on to Zion National Park. Hotel was super clean. Room was very comfortable. Whirlpool tub could use a bit of attention as one out the jets did not seem to work well.

I travel to St George several times a year for work. I usually stay at the Hampton Inn because it’s closer to my meetings. As a Diamond member I stay exclusively at Hiltons and I wanted to try this hotel thinking it would be a bit better stay. Man was I wrong. The staff was friendly but that’s about it. The room was dated. The bed was very uncomfortable, and every time we turned the water on in the bathroom sink there was a strong sulfur(rotten egg) smell. The AC would randomly go off and the room would heat up to almost 80 then kick on. Seemed to always be people drinking outside the front door. The Hampton is cheaper and yet they still provide a free breakfast. Definitely won’t be staying here again. Seems like Hilton might be losing their touch. As other chains are adding to their loyalty programs Hilton is taking them away.

This stop was a short stay on a trip through St George. Checked in for a quick rest before an early morning golf outing at local course. While the stay was short the hotel was neat and clean with a friendly courteous staff.

No fan in the bathroom, mattress was lumpy, sink smelled like rotten eggs every time we turned on the faucet. We were unaware breakfast was not included and were charged $40 for 2 bowls of cereal and a bagel and a small scoop of eggs (my 3 year old picked off my plate but was still charged $7 for her “plate”)
