We planned a last minute weekend trip for the family in October. We're so glad that this resort was available. We had 3 condos in the same building and the rooms are so much bigger than they seem in the photos. Our kids went straight to the pool, which is also big for a St. George location. We cooked meals together and watched football and went on a hike from the resort in the mornings. It could not have been a better experience and we have already booked our stay for February when we have soccer games.

I showed up and before I got there, they texted me a door code. The villa was clean, there were enough beds for everyone (8 beds!) and a TV in every room. The kids loved it. The washer and dryer was awesome because we could heat up towels after swimming. Internet connection was solid (and free) and i was able to get a lot of work done while the fmaily had fun in the pool.
St. George is great destination because its one of the most family friendly cities I've been to.
It's worth the cash, the location is right off it's own highway exit, super easy to find and navigate back to. Town is a minute away off the highway.

My husband and I took our 1 yr old and 3 yr old for a 4 night stay during spring break. Since we have had our children we haven't vacationed much and we were very excited to spend a few days in St. George shopping, eating out, and relaxing together.

We arrived late, it took us bit to figure out where to park and the location of our unit. Once we walked inside we were blown away! The rooms were spacious with one of the biggest master bathrooms (including a jetted tub) that I had ever seen. There was also a large walk in shower that was great for quickly showering everyone between being at the pool and dinner plans. However my little ones loved the big tub, my son called it a pool.

The color palette was very neutral with rustic modern accents like a rock fireplace. The couch is oversized and comfortable for watching movies in the evening. We really like that ALL the bedrooms had televisions in them even though we mainly used the one in the living room.

The kitchen was wonderful! Very well stocked. I really liked the square glasses and plates. Everything was just very simple and modern. The bed linens were also followed this modern theme with cool print duvets. I'd like to know where they got them from.

One thing to mention is the unit was immaculate! Everything was so clean which is very welcoming and helpful when you have a little one crawling on the floor. We've stayed in hotels where you don't want to walk barefoot on the carpet and this just the opposite. We just stretched out and made it our home and loved every minute of it. The unit did have a washer and dryer and cleaning supplies. I used the vacuum once mid stay. Note that laundry soap is not provided so bring your own.

As far as the outside features, the patio was large with a great fireplace. We spent most of our time at the pool which IS HEATED thank goodness! Half of our trip was a bit chilly but the last few days were high 60's. We took sandwiches down and ate at the tables by the pool. My husband used the fitness center and though it was pretty nice. I slept in instead (loved my big king bed). He and our son liked playing basketball. The backboard was adjustable which was nice for my son. Bring your own equipment like tennis raquets and basketballs.

The location is right off the freeway and all the shops and stores are an exit or two down. I liked that we were in a quieter area but could drive anywhere in about 5 minutes.

Some of the places we ate and loved were In & Out, Red Robin, Durangos Mexican Grill, and the Pizza Factory. If you go to the Pizza Factory make sure you get the breadsticks!

The only downside to the property is there is no elevator access. If you have small children or cant do stairs very well, ask for a lower level unit. We did love the view from the third level but lugging all of our baggage up and down was a workout. Overall we had a wonderful vacation and LOVED the property. We will be back!

Lovely 3 bedroom suite perfect for a family getaway. I always give a resort an opportunity to fix a problem before I write a review, that's only fair. However, after we checked in and noticed some housekeeping issues we called the front desk and they were not rectified. We had old pizza under a sink, no toilet paper and an awful smell coming from the closet that housed the vaccumm. That's not acceptable for a suite that costs $345 per night.

This is probably the worst experience I’ve ever had staying somewhere! These people are extremely dishonest about the conditions of these units and the cleaning is pathetic that is done. When we arrived the code they gave us didn’t even work and we spent the entire first night trying to get the unit clean. We tried to use the oven but found oven cleaner absolutely covering the entire inside of the oven. Half of the lights were flickering on and off and I was told when I booked this stay it was a new unit. I called and complained and they told me I’m no longer welcome to stay with Coral Springs and don’t call again. Absolutely do not stay here!! You will be disappointed!!

We recently checked into our condo which was large and nicely decorated. After unpacking I hopped in the shower but there were clumps of another guests hair in it. We ordered take out then went to crawl into bed - the master had spots on the sheets and when I peeled my sheet down there were 4-5 hairs from the previous guest... too much to have just fallen when changing the sheets so clearly they were not changed. I washed myself in the condo. Such a lovely place but the cleanliness is a disappointing issue.

Well I've waited a while to write my review.

My family some 60 of us stayed here for a family reunion. Our trip was planned at least 1 year in advance. Deposits were made for both the rooms and their general meeting room. Rather than write an extensive review I'll make it short.

First off if you are considering staying here either for a vacation or reunion of sorts you should do a Google Earth search of their address. You will see that there is a reason they do not show you pictures of the actual view other than the pool, (see below). You either have a choice of looking at the gas station, the freeway or if on the other side or the building a very close hillside. Of course the pictures don't show you this.

1. When my brother arrived they were told we should use the outside pool as much as possible because they were going to drain the pool in one more day. Considering the number of people arriving, they should have anticipated to cleaning.

2.Rooms were poorly repaired. We had many places in our room where repairs to the walls were started but never finished.

3. When we used our jacuzzi tub, black flakes came out of the jets. It had obviously been dirty for some time.

4.The local on site manager Brady has continued to write eloquent responses. However after a while the continued "Oh were so sorry your stay was not as expected" would be seen as they are. The same answers to real problems.

5. Many family members had similar problems associated with fewer towels than the number of people staying in the room. Others had reported problems with no repairs.

Well I'd could go on and of course Brady will reply with his standard reply.

If you are looking for a place to stay and don't care if the place is repaired properly, the view is uninspiring and they will possibly drain.the pool then stay here.

However my suggestion is try somewhere else or you may find the view less than inspiring and the pool drained again.

It's of course your choice but spend your money elsewhere.

I had the opportunity to spend my anniversary at the Coral Springs Resort. It was an awesome place to just kick back and relax. I am the kind of person that likes to stay in a nice place when I go on vacations so that I don't have to worry about rushing around from activity to activity to keep my self busy. While at the resort I think we only left twice because we enjoyed being there so much. With our own personal bbq grill, outdoor fire place, awesome pool and spa, and a google TV, no other place sounded appealing to us other than the resort. The next time I travel to the St. George area I will be staying at Coral Springs Resort.

I went down to St. George for Memorial Weekend with a group of my friends and we loved our stay and Coral Springs Resort. The rooms were amazing, not to mention the BBQ grill, TVs, sports courts, and pool. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to southern Utah. It's really nice, and is a great environment for people of all ages. I didn't have a single problem with anything in the rooms, or the service at the resort. Everything was clean and well kept. If your looking to enjoy your stay and have no hassle I would recommend staying there. I will definitely stay there next time I head down south.

This property is incredibly beautiful and the furnishings are luxurious. They have done a great job making this property couple and family friendly, lots of privacy. We love St George and we've stayed in a variety of hotels and vacation rentals over the years but this had great amenities is the best value so far. We already booked this condo when we return to see Aladdin and Hairspray at Tuacahn.

We stayed here for 5 days and just loved it. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo which had a comfortable and inviting floor plan. The furnishings were luxurious, stainless steel appliances, every kitchen gadget you can imagine which was great for us because we like to cook. We invited some friends over and found everything we needed to make a delicious dinner. We enjoyed the outdoor private porch area and fireplace each night before dinner with an incredible view of the red rock cliffs, it was so quiet and peaceful.

The pictures on their website are great but we took some of our own which I will post. If you are traveling through St. George or staying for a while and going to Zion's National Park (which is what we did) this would be a great place for couples or families.

Big Pluses:
Washer and dryer which was nice because we hiked in Zion's National Park, wide open kitchen and living room with a big picture window overlooking the red cliffs. The King bed was really comfortable, the master bathroom had a big Jacuzzi tub, a walk-in shower and a huge walk-in closet and two sinks which is always nice. It has an incredible clubhouse with large gym, outdoor pool with Jacuzzi and an indoor pool with Jacuzzi, make sure to get there before 10:00PM. There is an outdoor tennis and basketball court.

This resort is close to downtown St. George and to Zion's National Park, the Narrows, Emerald Pools and the Riverwalk trails. It is just 5 minutes to some great restaurants, a super Walmart, Costco and the movie theaters.

Just Okay:
We had to use the towels from our condo at the pool.

This property is worth checking out, we loved it.

Answer from Brady T
Hurricane, Utah
Hello Derykkk, Thank you for your question! We will do our best to answer your inquiry. Our 2-bed Villas are equipped with a Master Suite including a King bed, attached bath with double vanity, jetted tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom features 2 sets of double-sized Bunk Beds, with a detached bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower or tub/shower combo. This appears to answer your question as it was written; however if you were inquiring about a 2-Bed Villa with a Master King + Second Queen/King, you would best be accommodated by our 3-Bed Villas. Please feel free to give our Team a call [435-879-5839], or have a look at our Official Website for more information on our accommodations! Warmest Regards, Brady T.
