We recently checked into our condo which was large and nicely decorated. After unpacking I hopped in the shower but there were clumps of another guests hair in it. We ordered take out then went to crawl into bed - the master had spots on the sheets and when I peeled my sheet down there were 4-5 hairs from the previous guest... too much to have just fallen when changing the sheets so clearly they were not changed. I washed myself in the condo. Such a lovely place but the cleanliness is a disappointing issue.
Lovely 3 bedroom suite perfect for a family getaway. I always give a resort an opportunity to fix a problem before I write a review, that's only fair. However, after we checked in and noticed some housekeeping issues we called the front desk and they were not rectified. We had old pizza under a sink, no toilet paper and an awful smell coming from the closet that housed the vaccumm. That's not acceptable for a suite that costs $345 per night.
I stayed for several days in a 2-bedroom at the resort with my grandkids. This is located about 8 miles north of St. George (on the Hwy. 9 exit to Zion), and there aren't many resources on this exit (restaurants, stores, etc.). This did not bother me and I found it much preferable than the chaos of St. George. (The location is still close to many activities..Zion, Snow Canyon, Pioneer Park, Red Cliffs, etc.) We hit the Walmart for groceries several exits to the south and cooked all our meals. There is a nice private grill outside each room, along with an outdoor fireplace and views from our room were to the west...we loved eating our meals at the table outside by the grill. The master bedroom and bath were spacious and very comfortable. The 2nd bedroom had 2 double-sized bunk beds. The beds take up the space of the entire room, which didn't bother the kids a lick, but adults may find it less charming. I am sure this is to be able to sleep more people. TV's in every room, well stocked kitchen, and both an indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub on premises. The exercise room looks decent, although I did not use it...same for the tennis courts. Underground parking is a bonus. Loved having a washer and dryer. There are limits regarding how low you can turn down the thermostat (must keep it at 73-78F). This would be a deterrent to me in the summer...hot flashes and all. The customer service is excellent. They are very friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay here again. My GPS couldn't call out directions fast enough after the exit. Take the first 2 available right and turns and look for the Texaco gas station...the resort is just north of the gas station.…
My friends and I stayed at the coral springs a couple of weeks ago for a little pre-winter getaway to the national parks. It was such a great location to get to Zion National Park and some of the surrounding falls like Kanaraville. The suites were large and fit all 8 of us perfectly. We had 2 couples and 4 singles. We took turns cooking and grilling in the equipped kitchens. In the evening it was the best to sit out side by the fireplace with some of favorite local brews from Silver Reef and watch the sunset. The rates were cheaper than a hotel and the indoor pool and hot tub after hiking was perfect. We plan to hit it back up after ski season before things pick up there again. Loved it!
What a nice place. We were just passing through for a night, and were pleasantly surprised at such a wonderful stop. It's an auto check in, like an airbnb, but no issue. The condo was spacious and fully stocked. It was so nice, we ordered dinner and ate in. My only complaint is that we didn't have more than one night. Btw, we left an iPad behind, and they contacted us before we even missed it.
