We recently checked into our condo which was large and nicely decorated. After unpacking I hopped in the shower but there were clumps of another guests hair in it. We ordered take out then went to crawl into bed - the master had spots on the sheets and when I peeled my sheet down there were 4-5 hairs from the previous guest... too much to have just fallen when changing the sheets so clearly they were not changed. I washed myself in the condo. Such a lovely place but the cleanliness is a disappointing issue.

Lovely 3 bedroom suite perfect for a family getaway. I always give a resort an opportunity to fix a problem before I write a review, that's only fair. However, after we checked in and noticed some housekeeping issues we called the front desk and they were not rectified. We had old pizza under a sink, no toilet paper and an awful smell coming from the closet that housed the vaccumm. That's not acceptable for a suite that costs $345 per night.

I stayed for several days in a 2-bedroom at the resort with my grandkids. This is located about 8 miles north of St. George (on the Hwy. 9 exit to Zion), and there aren't many resources on this exit (restaurants, stores, etc.). This did not bother me and I found it much preferable than the chaos of St. George. (The location is still close to many activities..Zion, Snow Canyon, Pioneer Park, Red Cliffs, etc.) We hit the Walmart for groceries several exits to the south and cooked all our meals. There is a nice private grill outside each room, along with an outdoor fireplace and views from our room were to the west...we loved eating our meals at the table outside by the grill. The master bedroom and bath were spacious and very comfortable. The 2nd bedroom had 2 double-sized bunk beds. The beds take up the space of the entire room, which didn't bother the kids a lick, but adults may find it less charming. I am sure this is to be able to sleep more people. TV's in every room, well stocked kitchen, and both an indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub on premises. The exercise room looks decent, although I did not use it...same for the tennis courts. Underground parking is a bonus. Loved having a washer and dryer. There are limits regarding how low you can turn down the thermostat (must keep it at 73-78F). This would be a deterrent to me in the summer...hot flashes and all. The customer service is excellent. They are very friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay here again. My GPS couldn't call out directions fast enough after the exit. Take the first 2 available right and turns and look for the Texaco gas station...the resort is just north of the gas station.

My friends and I stayed at the coral springs a couple of weeks ago for a little pre-winter getaway to the national parks. It was such a great location to get to Zion National Park and some of the surrounding falls like Kanaraville. The suites were large and fit all 8 of us perfectly. We had 2 couples and 4 singles. We took turns cooking and grilling in the equipped kitchens. In the evening it was the best to sit out side by the fireplace with some of favorite local brews from Silver Reef and watch the sunset. The rates were cheaper than a hotel and the indoor pool and hot tub after hiking was perfect. We plan to hit it back up after ski season before things pick up there again. Loved it!

What a nice place. We were just passing through for a night, and were pleasantly surprised at such a wonderful stop. It's an auto check in, like an airbnb, but no issue. The condo was spacious and fully stocked. It was so nice, we ordered dinner and ate in. My only complaint is that we didn't have more than one night. Btw, we left an iPad behind, and they contacted us before we even missed it.

The customer service was incredible! The team here at Coral Springs (especially Sequoyah) were so helpful. There was confusion due to the errors of a third party who was booking our stay but the team here was more than helpful and kind! I would highly recommend this place. It is worth! Beautiful and stunning inside and out! 10/10

We loved our stay at Coral Springs! We found a deal on Groupon and after researching a few other options, opted to try this place as we wanted to be near enough to Zion but with more entertainment/restaurant options offered by a bigger city like Saint George. We were located on the first floor with a sunset view. The resort was super quiet. The underground parking was nice. The check-in/out instructions were texted and emailed to us making it a very smooth process. I don't personally need a lot of hand holding or facetime with front desk people, so the fact that we didn't meet anyone from the resort the entire time was fine with me nor did we have any issues we needed help with but that may not be your preference so be aware that the management is very MIA. Our unit was very clean upon arrival and well equipped for meals, laundry, etc. if we wanted to bring our kids - it would be a great place to stay. The pool was quiet and we enjoyed the hot tub. Coral Springs located about 40 min from Zion National Park - the drive up to Zion is beautiful and not a problem at all as we did it twice, two of our days there, but there are definitely many more options for hotels in the towns leading up to Zion that would put you within walking distance of the free shuttle that runs back and forth to the park. Also, Coral Springs exit is under heavy construction right now. Not a problem to navigate but something to be aware of - we would return here in a heartbeat!

Let’s make a list of everything that went wrong: When we arrived the outside light was out, it was very hard to see putting in our code. When we walked in, we were promised 4 queens, a double and a king. There was a king, double, queen and a bunk bed. When we called they said they conside the double to be a queen. Didn’t offer to move us to another room. So we squished. We then noticed the blinds are totally hanging by the threads. Two of the blinds. The bright street light was shining right in our window. Called and left a message, no reply. So we call in the morning. Then one of us took a shower and the drain kept getting backed up...soooo gross. A maintenance guy did finally come to help, he was super nice, fixed one of the drapes just enough to hang it up. Said they would fix the drain and check to see if he could get us a room, because the beds were not what we should’ve had. Well, we never heard back and the drain was way worse in the morning. There were towels still in the dryer when we got there as well on the first day. What great “customer service” don’t think they cared at all.

Response from Ster S, General Manager at Coral Springs Resort

Hello Emilee, We do apologize for missing your call at midnight on the day of arrival. I was the one you reached out to first thing the next morning and I immediately went to your room to fix the blinds that had been knocked off their rails. We have addressed the drain issue and we do thank you for bringing this to your attention. We did check for availability to move your room but it was a sold out weekend on our end. However, we did send the listing that you booked from to whoever reserved your room. The listing clearly states that in the 3rd bedroom of this room it has a Double bed and two twins. I think you may have been mistaken that the double bed was a queen. If we had availability It would have been our pleasure to move your room or offer additional accommodations. We hope that you will come and visit again soon. Best Regards, Coral Springs Team

We’ve stayed at this resort three times in three years. We love everything about this place from the open floor plan with the kitchen connecting to the living room to the weight room and pool facility. Our kids are already asking us when we’re going to go back. We love the location and how fast we can get to some amazing trails and reservoirs.

Such a beautiful stay. My friends and I went down to St George to explore all of the canyons and hiking down there. We had a top floor 3 bedroom with amazing sunset views and it was close to pools and tennis courts. Easy access. The underground parking was nice since we had a lot of gear in the car and the fact they had an indoor-outdoor pool was perfect! Sweet balconies with a BBQ grill and fireplace, which was nice to hang out around and grill some steaks we picked up at the market. Coral Springs was so close to Zion which was what we were looking for. We even went during the GOVT shut-down and Zion was still open which was a HUGE relief. The condo itself provided ample space, cookware, and a comfortable nights sleep. We typically all try and come down once or twice in the winter to escape the disgusting inversion in the Valley. We will probably come down again next week as they said they would give us a good deal. Overall experience was fantastic!
