This was a GREAT BED. The owner was very rigid about so many things. no shower before 7:30 & only 5 min.No open coffee available in morning. Breakfast @ 8:30 or 9:00 The breakfast was minimal & you were questioned if you wanted more of anything. no fresh fruit pr anything to snack on in the evenings. This was a...

I'm surprised by the 4 star reviews, when the experience was extremely sub-par and closer to 1 or 2 stars. The location is fairly convenient (there are even more convenient places) and the room is fine (thoroughly average), but the hosts were beyond rude. When we left at 730 AM to get to Zion to beat the crowds per TripAdvisor...

The good: the room was nice and looked very clean. We left before breakfast so they gave us a voucher for a nearby restaurant The bad: the hostess was incredibly rude! We informed them that we would be leaving early. We were there to experience Zion, so we got up at 6:15 and were ready to go by 6:45 (which...

The rooms are large and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax. I do agree with others that the host is a bit eccentric - she is generally kind but can be more than a bit opinionated and overbearing at times. I found it odd that she only put sheets on half of the king sized bed (she explained that...

We arrived for our 3-night stay within the requested time window, at about 6pm. The Hostess was about to leave for her yoga class, and in a tizzy sort of waved in the direction of our room before dashing out the door. Before that, we noted to her that the sidewalk access from the parking area to the front door...

Only as I write this review do I see the comments of others, with which I totally agree. The accommodation was comfortable with a largish bedroom. However, there was nowhere to sit and relax with other guests in a visitors' lounge. There was a small shared fridge in the host's lounge but it wasn't adequate. Our host meant well, perhaps,...

We (2 adults and one five-year-old) stay five nights. Our room was large, spacious, and well appointed. The Inn is just a few miles from Springville and from Zion National Park. Our hosts were friendly, interesting people. They were genuinely interested in us and tried to hard to make our trip enjoyable. The breakfasts were delicious and different each day....

After reading through some of the reviews on Trip Advisor, I am realizing that I wasn't really off-base in my impressions. Amber Inn was a nice enough facility with basic clean rooms, but I echo the reviews of everyone before me who said that the hosts are overbearing and eccentric, and that the house has quite a few rules that...

To start off I had read the other reviews about the couple who run this B&B and they are entirely accurate. I tried very hard not to rock the boat with them they are quite eccentric. They are very welcoming and accommodating but it can come across as overbearing at times. If you are looking for a place where you...

The Amber Inn B&B was the perfect place to stay for a visit to Zion. Very close to the park entrance/first park trolley stop and also close to Springdale which had great restaurants/shops. Bedroom here was simple and clean, just what we needed after long days of hiking. The owners were SO nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious (I...
