I read the reviews and they were nearly all poor reviews. One person said they had their room re-registered to another person while they were out for the day. I had the same thing happen to me. I was in the room when someone was trying to use a key card to enter, It turned out to be three women...

Bed bugs, no heat, no hot water, used needles in the room, dirty razor blades on bathroom sink, and manager charged us $50 for our ADA registered service dog. Had a lady pull a gun on us because we did not have any drugs for us. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

We stayed one night (2 rooms: 41 and 42). Dirtiest place I have ever been to. Not enough towels, dirty chairs, broken furniture, hairs in the bed,... and the worst was the bed bugs! The day after I had to go to Urgent Care because of a Lymphangitis caused by these bed bugs. I can't believe this place is still...

BEG BUGS!! We discovered bed bugs. When I called the health department to complain they told me that "Provo Travelers Inn is well aware they have bed bugs" yet they continue to rent out rooms and infect their guests. Front desk makes no concessions and denies any knowledge. The heat did not work and my children had to sleep with...

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The room was very dirty and you could feel smoked smell all the time. Their mattress smelled very bad as if they have not cleaned it for a while. The door could not be locked and we felt unsafe to stay there since the other guests were yelling at us with no...

There appeared to be some decent reviews, so we took a chance and reserved over the phone. The woman who took the reservation was EXTREMELY flighty and I had to repeat my personal information at least ten times (no joke). This should have been our first clue... As soon as we arrived and saw the room, we marched straight out...

I was from out of town on personal business, and the price was the cheapest in town. I found the staff friendly and my room clean and spacious and quiet. The hotel is blocks away from everything and you could walk to some great places to eat and visit friends in the nearby neighborhood (which is what I did).

Coming to Provo? Then you want to stay here. You are minutes away from strolling to the Provo Temple, amazing restaurants, movie theater, bus lines, and the Provo Central station (which can take you anywhere in the Salt Lake and Utah counties). The staff is great, the rooms are awesome, especially the free, fast, Wi-Fi and the enormous bathroom. You...

This motel is close to all the things I want to do in provo. It has convenient access to frontrunner and the mall. The rooms have been remodeled and are nice. Of all the 300 south motels this one is the cleanest. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

This place was disgusting!!!!! The quilts on the bed were stained, and the sheets were nasty. They had plastic still on the table lamp and all the outlets were a fire hazard. The towels were not cleaned and the floors were so dirty. They charged me $10 for my small dog, and he wouldn't even sleep on the floor!!!!! The...
