Great friendly service at check in and willing to offer help with any needs for stay. The room was nice and spacious bed quite comfy and the sofa bed was actually comfortable as per my son. The feel in our room was very homelike and when needs things the service was fast and friendly again with the willingness to help...

I found the service to be better than average at this Marriott, and in a very genuine way. I saw a motto on the wall that said 'Create Personal Connection, Respond to Cues; Make it Brilliant' -- and I gotta say, they were nailing it in all of my interaction with both the front desk and the conference staff. I...

Our hotel was right next door to the conference center. Perfect. The amenities were great and the staff was polite. The conference center was easy to navigate. It was chilly inside, as meeting rooms tend to be. Enjoyable, overall.

Service is always excellent here for many years. The renovations are non-stop and always miss the mark. A combination of cheap materials and workmanship leaves many fundamentals to be desired. Quiet is the first. New doors that go CLANK when closed... Really? New rooms where the cheapest possible floating fake wood floor is used. Really? I am an Ex cutover...

Dear Guest, Thank you for providing your feedback with regard to your recent stay with us. I am sorry that the stay fell short of expectations. Renovations are difficult and I recognize that they do have impact on a guest's stay. For that I want to apologize. The end goal is to provide a much improved product and experience. For...

I stayed here in April 2017 on the 8th floor which I believe has newly renovated rooms. Firstly, the hotel is undergoing extensive renovations. Impact to guests is minimal and there is no noise from the crews during the evening and night. Visually, a few hanging pieces of plastic to cover areas but otherwise, the hotel is perfectly functional. The...

Thank you for your insight and detailed response to our recently renovated rooms. There were a number of items that you pointed out that I will be speaking to each department manager respectively. I will also speak to our Engineering Manager about some of your room issues. I want to get them resolved as the response from our other guests...

As platinum level clients, we were surprised at the quality of this hotel. The room we had was attached to the roof and had a door leading outside. The rain hit the roof air conditioner making for a loud night. The bed needs to be replaced as we both rolled to the middle. The club level lounge is currently in...

Hotels should be aware of how disruptive construction projects can be to their guests and accommodate them accordingly. This Marriott property failed me in a big way in that regard. Recently spent three nights at this hotel and had there been an option to move to another property I would have taken advantage of it right away. First of all,...

TravelfromNYC, Thank you for the feedback. Please allow me to apologize for your experience. It sounds like we did fail in a number of areas. I want to assure you that we are aware of the disruption/impact construction projects can have. For that reason we put many plans in place to limit or eliminate that frustration for a guest. In...

This hotel is in the process of being remodeled and if you don't get one of the newer rooms it is not worth the price at all. I have no problem paying for a nice room, but I would rather stay at the courtyard down the street for half the price. That said, the location of this hotel is great...

Corey T, Thank you for your review and please allow me to apologize that we did not provide you with a "5" type of experience. We always appreciate the feedback and detail. These renovations are painful to get through however the end product as you noted is fantastic. Very soon all of the rooms in the north tower will be...

This was a great Marriott property. It's location is right in the heart of Provo and within walking distance to a bunch of great places to eat and only minutes from BYU campus. The outdoor pool was closed for winter but they have a small indoor pool and hot tub that the kids enjoyed even though it's pretty small.

This is a fairly standard business hotel, and you get what you expect for what you pay. What is outstanding is the quality of customer service. Every member of the staff I had dealings with was exceptional.
