Nice location. We were able to walk to BYU game which was nice. Rooms were clean. Staff was very nice. My gripe is only with the room design. I realize this will depend on taste, but I do not like seeing silhouettes of people in the bathroom thru the translucent doors. I also don't understand separating the toilet and the...

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to fill out a comment on trip advisor, we appreciate the feedback. SpringHill Suites as a brand design went with the split bathroom years ago in an effort to provide extra space for multiple users. I can understand the concern, although the glass doors and unique they do provide total privacy and...

The staff were very friendly and made an effort to provide service. The breakfast was plentiful - and my favorite was the fruit from Costco. The room was clean, which is what I was hoping for. The suites were spacious and the shower is a glorious walk-in with massage jets for the back. Having read the other reviews, I was...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your comments. I can see that you travel quite a bit and know hotels well. We have been working with our housekeeping and breakfast staff to provide a clean comfortable hotel. The building was built with the added shower amenities standard in all rooms for your enjoyment, so we’re pleased you appreciated it. I will...

Positives: The staff is friendly. The rooms look very nice and new. They are large with with full sized sofas. The beds and bedding are pretty comfortable. The breakfast is good, including real food (not just dry muffins) like oatmeal, eggs, and yogurt. There's a Walmart very close & there's a fridge in the room you can use. If you...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your comments. I will pass on your comments to the breakfast staff, many of those items are cooked that morning by the staff in the kitchen. They have really improved from an already high standard by providing more options and enjoy their work as it shows. The shuttle is an added amenity for hotel guests...

Stayed here 3 nights at the end of Aug. Great location. Close to Cabelas, outlet stores and many restaurants of various cultures. The hotel staff at the desk and otherwise were extremely polite and helpful. (Especially Paige) Our room was large, comfortable and very clean. We also left a tip for the cleaning girl. On the downside the scrambled eggs were...

We always stay at this hotel while visiting BYU and it is a good solid, SpringHill. However, this time there were a few little things that bothered me. The breakfast staff wear exercise clothes (yoga pants and hoodies). I thought they looked very unprofessional and you couldn't tell who was an employee and who was a guest. Plus they did...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your comments on Tripadvisor, we value your feedback and have adjusted appropriately. Thank you also for coming often to our hotels. We have resolved the yoga pants and uniform confusion. That shouldn’t happen anymore. I’m somewhat new as the manager here and have emphasized some changes to the service provided also. The staff is out...

We recently stayed at the Springfield Suites in Provo for one night. This location is close to BYU. We came away thinking that more than 1 night would not be a good thing. The hotel is modern, small rooms but space is efficiently used. Lots of plugs for your iPad, phone or computer. We did find that the room was...

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. We appreciate the honest feedback. The hotel was clean and the front desk clerk was extremely friendly. Being close to BYU there are many restaurants, drugstores, gas stations etc. nearby. The beds were comfortable and the noise level was low. The complimentary breakfast included hot items like eggs and bacon in addition to the standard continental fare. The only cons are that the indoor pool...

We checked into this hotel because we've had good experiences with the Springhill suites by Marriott. Nevertheless, this hotel is nasty and disgusting. Things are unwashed, there is dirt, and our room stunk. There was a rotting Apple half eaten under the bed. Food chunks under the bed. Looks like they had been there for a while. I have stayed here a few times since it opened. It is starting to show its age but it is still a good value. Big rooms and nice breakfast. Very close to BYU campus. Beware if you are visiting Provo on a Sunday there are very few options for dining as most non-chain restaurants are closed.
