Upon arriving this afternoon at the motel, at about 4 pm MDT, no one was present to check me in, just two cats in the check-in area. Chickens roamed freely. We thought the address was wrong because it located near the housing area until we saw the sign. This location is 5-7 minutes to drive off the highway and super quiet at night. this is the most informal place i have ever been. we never did see the owner. LOTS of adorable animals, and a very friendly cat greets you. very clean and very comfortable. my only complaint was we ran out of toilet paper and was in for a nasty surprise when there was nobody around to give me more.

Kitchenette, two queen beds, a TV, and plenty of space. Place was clean, quiet, and safe. Not to mention affordable with free wifi. Beds weren't the most comfortable but I've had much worse. Located conveniently off the main drag on Parowan and not too far from Brian Head ski resort.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nites. There is not much in parowan but this is a nice place. Very clean and tidy. I do echo some of the complaints the walls are paper thin and we heard the guy next doors tv til 4 in the morning. They also didn't provide any utensils for the kitchen so we...

We arrived after 9pm, I tried to close the blinds and lock the windows, one of the blinds fell off and the lady accused me of "messing" with them. The blinds do not block out the light. Everything is really old and dirty. I would never stay here.

Yeah it's cheap but there's a reason for that - no phone in the room, no Kleenex, no clock, no curtain (just a blind that did not block the bright light that was on all night long), hard and lumpy bed, old and worn out table and chairs.
