This hotel + staff experience couldn't have been more AMAZING! My boyfriend and I stayed here for a New Year's Eve ski trip and had the BEST vacation we've had! Even before checking in, the staff was helpful, enthusiastic, and most importantly friendly. Bobby was SO great to be in touch with about any question we had, and even helped...

Staff was poorly trained and were not very informed. Buffet was always missing items. Staff spent more time talking among themselves and not helping guests. Cleaning staff did a poor job cleaning rooms and always forgot to replenish the consumables.

Great stay. The batteries dies in our truck and Kemoy and Juan helped by loaning tools and taking us to buy new batteries. It's hard to find customer service like that. Hotel was great too. A lot to do within walking distance. There is also a bus stop right in front of the hotel to take you to the lifts...

Hotel parking was difficult. Rooms were clean. Continental breakfast was Poor. I would stay a little farther from the Park City Ski slope and ride the transit . Rooms are the same but cost is half what we paid. No bar restaurant was average.

First off, the location is great for a family ski vacation: it's only a stop or two (depending on bus line) away from the lifts, free city buses stop just about in front of the hotel, and there are two large grocery stores and plenty of inexpensive places to eat within a short walk. Rooms are decent size, and include...

We spent 4 nights in the hotel right after Christmas for a ski trip. The room was updated, with comfy bed and linens. The remote controlled fireplace with thermostat kept the room warm and not dry. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bus stop of the free bus service is 3 minutes walk from the hotel which means car is...

Doubletree web site offered a $179.55/night AARP rate with 2 PM check out for HH members. Great value for Park City winter season. We booked to attend a wedding reception in nearby Midway, UT. We requested a king-size bed, but were given doubles. Matresses too firm. The front staff seemed inexperienced. We had a malfunctioning tub/shower. Our room keys didn't...

The room and hotel are thoroughly drab, with no personality whatsoever and nothing distinguishing. On the PRO side: Local free bus (super-convenient!) stop right next to hotel and 24-hour supermarket next door as well. Now the CONS: 1) The thermostat was totally erratic, sometimes allowing the heat to sit off when the temp in the room was 67 degrees and...
