We were looking for a quiet weekend escape in Park City. This was not what we expected and we switched hotels after one night. The rooms have been renovated as much as they can, but they were still dark and small with no view. The exterior was dismal. You're in a parking lot on a busy street. There is zero...

Dear Traveler, We are so sorry our hotel was not what you expected. We strive to be a hotel for all, and tend to be more family friendly due to our proximity to grocery stores and to the ski resort. We due also offer a wonderful lounge area for our adult guests to enjoy and also have a weekly complimentary...

One of the best vacations ever! Praise Jesus! This trip came complete with a great pool, awesome shopping centers, and fun at the Olympic park! I'd never been to Utah before but now I have to go back!

Since the Doubletree has branded this hotel it is a much better establishment as they have made much needed improvements. Still this hotel is average for Park City. The rooms are clean. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The banquet staff was efficient and responsive to my needs as I hosted a one day meeting here. The continental breakfast...

Dear Traveler, We were so glad to have you stay with us and are disappointed that your stay was not 100% We definitely could have done better with our lock replacement, but are glad it is over and have the added convenience for our guests to use there phones as a key and go directly to their room. We stayed here during a road rally that was passing through town. It's centrally located to the ski resorts. The bus transportation in Park City is all free, so walk out to a bus stop and go anywhere you need to go. The room was larger than most hotels we stayed in driving out from Michigan, updated. We had a...

Stayed for two nights in July 2016. Updated hotel. The room was nice and roomy for two. King bed. No complaints about this hotel. Central to Olympic Park and Main Street. Staff was wonderful! I would definitely stay here again.

What a great place to stay in Park City! Close to the resorts, CLEAN rooms, friendly staff. I can't believe what a VALUE this hotel was, I wasn't expecting a huge room and elegant décor at this price. We will be back anytime we need a quick get away.

Front staff nice but didn't know restaurants to recommend. This is a resort town learn the restaurants!! Room was half below ground. Dark and painted CEMENT walls. Glad it is one night. I'll be back through in 2 weeks and will NOT be staying here.

Dear Traveler, We are sorry that the front desk was not very helpful as far as restaurants, we are working on their knowledge and have created a concierge book for reference. We do not have rooms partially underground, but apologize if you felt the room was. We do apologize that you disliked your stay and hope you will give us...

We checked out of the hotel early, continued on our trip only to discover 2 hours later that we had left a Michael Kors backpack in one of the rooms. We called and were told the bag would be retrieved and mailed. When we returned home the bag was waiting with all items inside (over $600 in cash, digital camera,...

This hotel is not located near any walk-able areas or tourist sites, the bike trails and main streets are too far away to enjoy during downtime between meetings. The drip coffee provided was undrinkable and the espresso stand was only open a few hours in the morning and the staff manning the stand was not trained properly.

I appreciated being close to the store and easy access to the shuttle bus to Main Street. However, the service was poor and the staff did not seem to like their jobs. The inside appeared to be under some construction and the outside was severely lacking in maintenance.
