Excellent rates for a ski trip in Park City. Comfortable beds and friendly staff. We stayed during March and the Village offered fireworks and concerts, making our ski trip one of the most memorable ones.

We enjoyed staying in a 2 bedroom and 3 full bathroom suite #122AB which was very spacious for our family of three. Pro: The staff was very friendly and professional. The unit was very clean, quiet and well equipped. It’s close to the base of Canyons (It took me only 7 mins with snowboard boats on and my snowboard & helmet on my shoulder to walk) We enjoyed the fairly roomy hot tub. Cons: Our Smart TV in the living room didn’t work with Netflix or any other apps although regular cable TV channels worked okay. (They should provide the instructions how to use the two different remotes) The Echo(Alexa) in the living room never got hocked up with WiFi. (We notified them but it never got fixed) We were told to remove all trash and place in an outside dumpster but actually only a dumpster for recycle was located right outside the entrance and the regular trash dumpster was located in the garage.

One of the best condos we have rented! Our 1 bedroom unit had two full baths. The kitchen was fully stocked with large appliances. 2 TVs. The bedroom had a mini fridge and coffee setup. Ski storage was free with a valet. The Wi-Fi was great and continuous. The shuttles were amazing. Ran from early in the morning until very late at night. We took the shuttle down to Cabriolet gondola to avoid the steps up to the Red Pine gondola. We skied back to the condo at the end of the day by skiing past the Orange Bubble lift down to near the ski patrol clinic. You end up just across the street from Silverado. The hot tub was great and folks swam in the heated pool. The housekeeping staff responded immediately when anything was needed. Parking underneath was free and fantastic with easy access to elevators with carts. We cooked in the condo with ease. No problem with heat or AC. 2 humidifiers worked great! Great value if you book early through Epic/Park City. Reasonable price when compared to nearby condos.

Note-this is our 3rd time staying at this place and we had a different unit every time. Two couples in a two bedroom unit. Positives: Kitchen had most every utensil you would need, shower was powerful, there was a pool and hot tub available (Monday-Thursday it was very accessible but the weekend had the hot tub packed with people); one of the the shuttles brought us to the SunDial Lodge which was close to the base; after 10pm it was pretty quiet for sleeping; it’s close to the base of Canyons and we could walk down for a meal at Drafts Burger Bar; they have underground parking which is super nice because of all of the snow; they do provide shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion in their bathrooms. There was a washer, dryer and detergent available in the unit. Needs Work(for the price we paid we think they could have done better): No towels by the pool (we had to return to our room to get a towel); the beds were first covered in plastic and then a regular top sheet, not a fitted sheet which made the sleeping hot and required us to re-tuck our sheets in every morning as the sheets had pulled out; they need to communicate what can be requested at the front desk (we found out later we could have requested a vaporizer and puzzles which we had purchased in town); they used to provide robes in the rooms to wear down to the hot tub/pool and they no longer do this; they need to “shock” the hot tubs earlier in the day when no one is using it not right before heavy use; the fridge had a missing shelf; the microwave worked some of the time; we were not provided with any kitchen towels/cloths so had to use a washcloth to wash dishes; one of the closets in a bedroom were locked off by the owner so could not use.

I recall this being one of cheapest options available near park city, and had tempered expectations. We stayed in a hotel room type and were more than happy . Beds and towels were comfy. Room was decent , I would say solid 3 star hotel quality. It's roughly a 5-7 minute walk to the slopes, which is a while in boots. You can also take the "up" shuttle which brings you closer to the mountain and cuts the walk down to 2 minutes (most of it on stairs ). The "down" shuttle takes you to a standing open air gondola in the town transit hub. It's very little walking and no stairs but takes the most amount of time out of all 3 options. The place is great but two main cons - hot tub area is fairly basic/budget. Think HOA pool and not a resort. - Canyon village is great for skiing, though it is not remotely comparable to park city which has a huge amount more restaurant choices and has a historic downtown. It's a 10 minute drive to park city, though there is a free bus that can take you there as well . To get to that bus you either have to walk 12 minutes or take a connecting shuttle. This means unless you are driving going to the more interesting park city is a 30-40 commitment. In any case given that the price was reasonable and we were close to the mountain I think 5 stars is deserved.

Do not stay here! “It’s a fraud advertisement and rip off” 1- the “hotel room” cost $500 per night and does not have room service! If you want the sheet to be changed you have to pay cleaning fee! 2- For example they don’t take trash nor towels out! 3- I assume the room next door was a condo style so they cooked bacon, fish, burned pizza and we smelled it all! We had to leave for few hours to Westgate hotel lobby due to smell. 4- If your arrival is after 10 pm you have to get the key from a hotel 5 minutes away with car and know they are extremely rude and not welcoming. I think because they don’t get paid to check you in or something. 5- it’s basically an AirB&b without any accommodations, they don’t have plates nor silverware in the “hotel room”. I’m calling their corporate to get my money back and will keep you posted on the process! Dr.k from Houston TX

The Silverado was a perfect choice for our ski vacation. We stayed in a one bedroom loft and it was very roomy. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly The Silverado had all of the amenities we were looking for, a super friendly environment, and an ideal location. The experience exceeded our expectations.

The staff was very hospitable. They said the AC wasn't working in the unit when I arrived, so they upgraded me to a larger condo-style unit. I know the lodge is less cost than surrounding properties, but I found it very nice, spacious, and comfortable. I loved the balcony with patio furniture and view.

Believe it or not, they have a conference room that they rent out to groups that is on the same hall as hotel rooms. My final weekend stay, they had rented it out to a youth group. The meeting ended at about 10 pm, but people continued to congregate in the hallway and in and out of the conference room, and out by the pool until 1 pm. Impossible to sleep because of the noise. The front desk left at 11 pm, leaving the guests to figure it out.
