I had never been to Park City. What I didn't understand when I was told that this property was 200 yards from the lift, is that it was one lift that takes you 20 minutes to ride. The main park city mountain is a shuttle lift away. We really like it here. It is easily walkable to restaurants and shops and the shuttle/bus system here picks you up right outside the complex in the morning. We have enjoyed the location, but I wonder if I would have enjoyed actually staying slope side by the park city mountain resort. Nevertheless, we loved the accommodations and they worked out fine for us. It is all very expensive. 3 bedroom condo for the week during New Years was $7500.
The location was great. You walk right off the elevator into your condo. Of course, that sometimes means you hear people go by when you are in the front bedrooms. The free bus stop is right in front of the unit. It is a nice open floor plan with a big kitchen overlooking the den. It has everything you need to cook. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The master is on the back so probably quieter. The master has a huge walk in closet with a big jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The 2nd bedroom is fairly large with a standard bathroom. We stayed in the children;s room. The twin bed mattresses and pillows are not very comfortable. We had two women in the unit and there wasn't much drawer space or walk around space. The beds were made up for children with the sheets being about chest high. The blankets slid off the bed so you would wake up cold. There is a hot tub on the patio with a view of the pool. We saw several of the other units (102A is very nice.) and it is not as upgraded. Very basic. No granite counters, formica etc. Basic tolietries, shampoo, 2 bars of soap, nothing special. I think these units are individually owned and operated (same floorplan) so look for one that is upgraded with better furnishings and mattresses in the twin room.…
stayed in this beautifully decorated , spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath condo in March. 3 couples had plenty of room - nicely appointed kitchen for nights when wanted to eat in. Condo is within short walk to town for dinner out. Short bus to slope with pickup conveniently just outside of condo. Highly recommend !!
We rented a one bedroom condo for $350 per night. The location is great, however, their one bedroom condo was not a condo but a suite. That means no kitchen! The furniture was shabby, the toilet did not flush and the room was depressing. Wifi did not work. Called to ask for another unit, was told we might be able to get a hot plate. No other units were available. However, for another 350 to $ 1,000 they might be able to find us another unit. After spending 2 hours on the phone and finding much better condos in Park City, we were able to move out of this horrid spot. I would never trust PARK CIty Reservations!! For $350 one can find a much nicer stay in Park City. Just go on trip advisor!! Don't bother with reservation " services " which are another way to ad expense to sleazy properties.…
19 of stayed here in three units are were very happy with our experience! Clean rooms, modern kitchens and jacuzzis on each outside deck made for comfortable stays. Location is walking distance (not close) to both the Town lift and to Legacy Lodge of PCMR.we walked to main st. Park city every day for restaurants / shopping and even walked 2 blocks to the Park City library to sled down the hill in back. Not the cheapest option but definitely worth it if you want to stay in comfort.
2 families (8 people) shared this great condo over a summer weekend in July. It is beautifully furnished with a well equipped kitchen. Covered parking in the basement was an added bonus. The location is great (summer or winter).
Stayed a week here with 2 condos and 12 of us....a double thumbs up all around....hot tub on the deck, walkable to everything and the bus stops right outside...interior is updated and it's well worth the extra money. Hot tub guy came several times to make sure all was well and cleaning person came by and did a fab job on the place...6 in a 3bd condo and we still has space to spare....we will def be back fosho...!!!
Very nice condo/vacation property in Park City, UT. Right at the bottom of the hill at main Street, you have great access to restaurants ond shops in the heart of the town. You're a block and a half from the Town Lift. 5 minute walk and you're ready to go. The Town Lift is an older, slower lift and we always went from that lift to the Bonanza Lift before we began skiing. The proximity to both lift and town outweighed that minor inconvenience. Spend the $3 a day to store your skis/poles/snowboard at the Town Lift. It takes no time to get them back in the morning and you'll be glad to not be lugging them home at the end of the day. Condo itself was clean, spacious and updated (Unit 202A). Daily maid service was a real plus (washed pots and pans too). 4-6 person hot tub on the deck was huge. We slept 8 with a king, a queen and two sets of bunks. Was not inexpensive, but not the most expensive either. We'd stay there again in a minute!…
