My husband and I just returned home from our week long vacation in Park City. We had an amazing time. Staying at the Torchlight Inn was one of the highlights. The owners, Chris and Russ are just terrific people. They are interesting and friendly and so helpful. We had many wonderful conversations with them and the other guests. We stayed in the Salt Lake room which was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious. I had French toast almost every day and I never eat French toast...it was that good! The location is perfect. You can walk to town and everything else you would want to do is just a short car ride away. A must stay when in Park City!

This place is absolutely lovely and the owners, Russ and Chris, are so warm, friendly and accommodating. We stayed here in February 2020 with our two young kids in The Lillihammer Suite. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast each morning is delicious! It was so nice to have a great breakfast each morning and not have to worry about it on the mountain or anywhere else. We chose The Torchlight because of its proximity to downtown and weren't sure how it was going to work out to get to the mountain. But, this place was so conveniently situated to the bus station. All you have to do is walk directly across the street to catch a free bus to the mountain. It is a quick 5-10 minute ride and the buses come very frequently. Or, you can take a bus to the Town Lift but with our kids, we found it easier to just go straight to the mountain. One side tip - if you're going to Park City during a busy holiday week, make dinner reservations for the restaurants prior to arriving. We made the mistake of trying to walk in each night and spent many evenings having to wait more than 45 minutes (at some places) for a table. I highly recommend the Torchlight and we would definitely return!

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Torchlight. The hospitality provided by Chris and Russ was beyond our expectations. I selected the Inn based on TripAdvisor reviews and our experience was perfect! We always enjoy a boutique type experience over a large hotel chain and the Torchlight did not disappoint. Everything was great..... seamless late night check in, cozy room with beautiful view of the mountains (Lake Placid room), amazing breakfast prepared individually each morning, awesome hot tub on the roof with fireplace and wonderful view of the slopes, great conversation with Chris and Russ along with the other guests and conveniently located just a short walk to Main St. for great shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

The Torchlight Inn was an amazing bed and breakfast to stay during a ski vacation. Chris and Russ were beyond wonderful hosts and the Inn is the perfect spot to spend time off from the slopes. From the delicious breakfasts, to the apres ski wine and hors d'oeuvres, and the hot tub and fireplace on the roof deck - all details are meticulously perfect. The location of the inn is great - a very short walk to the downtown Park City area and Town Lift, and a short 2-minute bus ride to Deer Valley.

Wonderful stay at Torchlight Inn. Chris and Russ were welcoming, entertaining, and helpful in every way. The Inn was relaxing and cozy with a great fireplace in the main room. The room was modern and well maintained with plenty of storage and excellent bathroom. Breakfast each morning was delicious and a great way to start a day of skiing. The Inn's location was excellent with easy free bus rides to Deer Valley and Park City Mountain and many great restaurants all within walking distance so that you don't need a car (which I don't recommend because parking in town can be a challenge). If you are adventurous, you can also walk to the Town Lift, the owners do, and since they are avid skiiers, they can provide great recommendations about good places to ski. I hope I have the opportunity to repeat this trip, it was great !!
