Holly did SUCH an amazing job on my facial. Highly recommend her services and the spa itself. Incredibly knowledgeable esthetician and a super friendly individual. 10/10 experience and a must visit on your trip to park city!

We’ve stayed here twice now for executive retreats. They take great care of their business guests through the whole experience. They accommodate us with the meeting places and amenities that we need. We highly recommend the cottage suites and dinner at Ruth’s Chris. Always a memorable treat.

I'll start by saying I understand this is a tough time or the hotel industry. I understand that room service cannot be performed every day. However, the hotel should have made an effort to replace amenities (ie. coffee, soap, towels, etc.) via a door drop. I was told that items could not be replaced when needed because "staff was not available". The second thing I had a problem with was the TERRIBLE room service from Ruth Chris' Steakhouse. During a pandemic, it's only natural that people will want to eat in their own rooms. I thought that by ordering room service from a reputable restaruant located within the hotel, I would have a good experience. I was wrong. Rather than arriving on plates with metal covers, with silverware, as is normal for room service, all food items arrived cold, in styrofoam boxes. Again, I understand staff not wanting to come into the rooms to set up service. But at the very least, the meal could have arrived on trays with normal dishware. The hotel expects you to eat a $45 steak on styrofoam with a plastic knife. In no way is that worth the $100+ bill for dinner- save your money and order a pizza.

I had posted a lengthy review of our fiasco from checking in and having the front desk be curt, to the room being far from sound muffling, baby crying next door and the inability for them to move us for our Anniversary. I had posted the review after trying to contact hotel management several different ways, and finally decided it wasn’t worth trying to work out with them if they didn’t care to respond to me. After I posted the review, we were still in the hotel for two days. They moved us to a villa (much more private- had I known, I would have booked that to begin with), and apologized. I appreciate the efforts they took to repair the issues. If you’re wanting privacy and quiet, you’ll need a villa, not a 1 bedroom suite. I think the pandemic has brought out the stress in people for sure, I’m sure even including me, and no one was at their best that weekend. It’s a beautiful location, the views are amazing and it’s location is perfect. I would just suggest a villa only - if you want privacy and quiet. If you don’t care if you can hear what’s next door, the hotel would be just fine.

We have stayed at the property many times. It has always been exceptional so we decided to host on of our management meetings there. One of the best meetings we have had. The accommodations were great... Bill and Staff were extremely professional and helpful. COVID has brought plenty of challenges in the work place as well disturbances in personal life. Amidst all of this, we were able to focus, interact in a great environment, and relax. The accommodations in the meeting room were perfect to help us maintain distance, yet have personal interaction. Very needed. You really feel like you are a valued guest when visiting. They greet you as you arrive and they are so kind. The setting of the pool and restaurants are inviting. My wife was able to go to the SPA while we were in meetings and disconnect on the balcony of our room. We stayed in one of the cottages this time and honestly didn't want to leave. Rooms were clean, warm, and comfortable. So relaxing and phenomenal views. I typically don't leave reviews, but we are booking a vacation and found them helpful. So, I decided to leave one for the HPC. I highly recommend it.
