We have stayed at the Hotel Park City on many occasions, and had corporate meetings there. We have always been extremely pleased. However, our May 2021 visit was completely different than our past experience. Working with the front desk was difficult in rearranging reservations. The rooms were not as clean as they were in the past-- we moved the couches to re-arrange furniture, and they were quite dirty underneath. Additionally, they were doing some extensive digging and construction in the once-beautiful fields between buildings. It was really quite a mess. The hotel appears to be understaffed (an understandable concern today), but it definitely showed in our experience this time.

We cannot thank you enough for the most fabulous family vacation at the Hotel Park City! Let’s start with the fact that this was our second visit to the resort and we had received the best service, were treated like family and for these reasons we decided to come back. With all of the challenges due to the pandemic, we did not expect this high level of service that we experienced this year. I began planning our stay last September with fingers crossed that the Pandemic would pass by the summer. Danielle, head of reservations was incredibly helpful and professional. She Suggested a deluxe cottage suite with views of the golf course ,mountains and pond with an adjoining suite for our kids and grandson. She also was able to provide us with a room in the hotel for a few extra nights, an emergency measure when we thought a hurricane was going to hit South Florida. A great way to extend our vacation! Kudos to the front desk staff, Ryan, Matt, Cole, Marina, Jackson, Reggie and Christina. Also to the housekeeping staff who remembered every day to bring us extra bottles of water and Starbucks K-cups.Also , to the engineering staff who arrived in a flash to fix our room safe. We thoroughly enjoyed the hotels many amenities. The golf course was magnificent, the spa services were great and we spent many days lounging by the beautiful pool and enjoyed the restaurants. We look forward to returning next summer! Thanks again…

This hotel is more like a resort destination. There is a pool, lawn games, golf and a restaurant. We stayed in a cottage deluxe executive suite. Wow! A private hot tub on a private deck. Three fireplaces and a bedroom that is closed off to the rest of the suite. Small kitchen area with a fridge, washer/dryer and dishes. Staff was spectacular and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help and give tips such as the Stewart Falls hike recommendation. The front desk staff seeing my wife and me in hiking gear recommended a trail 45 minutes away. Great recommendation. Spa services were also wonderful for both men and women. Received a great facial service from Molly. Great place for families. Seemed about a 50/50 split with families and couples.

Stayed over July 4th weekend and could not have asked for more. We were concerned that the hotel would be overrun due the high occupancy, but we never felt crowded or that we had to wait for services. The staff was amazing top to bottom and the hotel was unpretentious while being very luxurious. We were debating between the St Regis and Autograph and are happy we made the decision we did. Ryan, Marina and Regi were all super helpful and lovely.

Hotel Park City is a fabulous, family owned, one of a kind place to stay in Park City. The architecture and details and the amenities are second to none with a very warm, friendly staff and environment. I felt so at home but with all the perks of being on vacation! We just loved it! Highly recommend.
