My wife and I were in a long road-trip and were returning home on my wife's birthday, which happened to be Thanksgiving. We could not find reservations anywhere and were redy to go to the grocery store to buy dinner.Rommel single handedly got us a reservation at the hotel restaurant....on Thanksgiving. That sort of service is unheard of in todays society. Rommel, thank you. Cheers.
We love Hotel Park City and one of the biggest reasons is the Spa and the incredible massage therapist Lynisa and Cassandra. Lynisa is reiki specialist and the massages that I received form her have been fabulous! Cassandra is an awesoem
From the incredibly helpful concierge planning prior to our visit to the amazing front desk and bellman (Isaac!) driving us around- was A+++ experience. And yes, the rooms are elegant and cozy. Highly recommended for a weekend getaway!
This is an updated review since having conversations with the hotel. Initial review: Checked in earlier today, the grounds and the room are beautiful, but come to find out they don’t serve drinks anywhere on property from 3-5pm and the only place starting at 5pm is Ruth Chris, which you have to go into the restaurant bar to get. I’ve never been to a hotel that didn’t have pool service after 3pm or drink availability anywhere on property. For the price and rating, sincerely disappointed. Update: Hotel management reached out to me after my stay and acknowledged this shortcoming. Their attention to the situation and quick response shows they care for their customers and their hotel experience. They have since put drinks in their hotel store and plan to have service available at all hours starting next summer. I look forward to a future visit where I can experience full pool service and the new processes they put in place.…
Milan was wonderful! Great service and very kind. Thanks for an awesome stay, we are having a great time! The staff has been very nice and accommodating. We would highly recommend and we are looking forward to the rest of the stay!
Molly in the spa gave me the best facial I’ve ever had! My skin looks and feels amazing. She was knowledgeable and gave me great recommendations on some products she used. Thank you for a relaxing and luxurious experience!
I may have had the best massage ever. The waiting area could have had more seating, but overall it was really great with a wide variety of services that were reasonably priced. Loved the spa and sitting area overlooking the golf course.
Hotel Park City, Autograph Collection is a great hotel. The property is located in a beautiful setting with mountain and golf course views, but within proximity of local highways and streets. Local hiking trails are nearby and we really enjoyed our stay (mid August). The hotel staff from top to bottom made the experience even better. Marina B. who worked the front desk was very professional and one can get a sense she cared about the happiness of guests. This makes the different between a good and a great hotel. I plan to come back again and would recommend this establishment with no hesitation.
We can't say enough about the amazing staff at Hotel Park City. We have stayed at the hotel on 4 different occasions and have always been treated to wonderful service from the entire staff. We recently stayed for our anniversary in one of the Executive Cottage Suites. Unfortunately after checking in and getting settled in our beautiful room, there was an incident of bee stings from a swarm that was hiding in the deck. Upon a phone call to the front desk, Marina and Rommel bent over backward to make sure our weekend wasn't ruined by the bees and transferred us to the Penthouse Suite. They truly saved the weekend for us! What could have been a disaster turned out to be an amazing stay, as always!
My family which includes a 1 and 3 year old stayed in a suite at the Hotel Park City for 4 nights. The room had good space, a rustic feel, and the kitchen and laundry were a nice amenity for us. The pool and hot tub were great. Knocked off one start because the room was a little dark and the beds were extremely soft leaving both my husband and I with sore backs. The food and beverage are very limited as well - the casual restaurant is only open for breakfast and lunch, so room service dinner is limited to Ruth Chris. The store had very limited snacks and food as well. Service was mixed, some were super nice and helpful others seemed to be a bit aloof.
