Hotel Park City continues to be our favorite hotel in Park City. My husband & I visit PC every few months for business (& some fun too!) & continually choose this hotel over others. There are many beautiful resorts/hotels in PC (& many of which we have stayed in) but this one has everything we need & is in a...

We had lots of little glitches during our stay, but in general, management was concerned about all our issues. We stayed on the second floor of cottage #7. It has a beautiful view of a pond, which had ducks swimming even when it was snowing out. I believe during the winter the best views would be from cottage 6.7 and...

This used to be one of my favorite hotels in the world. I even knew a lot of the staff by name. However, due to a flight cancelation, 5 days before our checkout I asked to extend our stay by one day. At first they said they would add us to a wait list. Then when I checked in, I...

We so enjoyed our stay at Hotel Park City, but really can't say enough about the personal service and kindness we received from Bayly in Concierge. She is amazing!! As first time skiers and our 1st time to Park City, she extended herself above and beyond her job -- and literally made our trip perfect. From finding an outstanding ski...

Great lodge style hotel. Ruth's Chris Steakhouse in the hotel, breakfast buffet was nice but same every day and small selection. Food was also average from what I would expect. Location is central to main Park City ski base and Main Street shops and restaurants. Our king suite was perfect for a family of 4. Pool and hot tub were...

Second visit. Nice hotel but check your bill. We pared down our party so changed rooms. They couldn't keep it straight. I also feel they should have informed me about airport transportation options. Their shuttle arrive was twice Uber pricing

I was fully prepared to write a bad review before I stayed here- just based off the recent negative reviews I read prior to our trip. From the moment we arrived, I was so glad those reviews were wrong. We stayed here for 5 nights with our 3 year old son. The service was fantastic from the moment we arrived....

I give the hotel four stars and quite enjoyed it, but it's not for everyone. Their staff was excellent and helpful, although the restaurant hosts were a bit off - they had a strange and confusing explanation for why breakfast is free, although we would get a check, however we get $10 off with a coupon which turned out to...

Just got back from our ski trip to Park City where we stayed 3 nights at Hotel Park City. It was fabulous! The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable. Every person that works at the hotel is beyond helpful and friendly - they were outstanding. The hotel stored our snowboards/skiis at the end of the day and had them waiting...

I used my SPG points so I'm not that disappointed. However, I would be if I paid for my stay. The hotel is more like a time share, it is great that it has laundry but it is loud if you are on the floor(s) below. We promptly moved to the third floor. Better view and more private. On the...
