We have owned a floating ski-week here for 12 years. From the standpoint of a timeshare stay away. The dues increase every year, and it is hard to use our week. Last year we could. It get a booking. Now they have discontinued one of the best benefits... storage of our ski gear on premises after our vacation. Now the...

I've rarely posted a horrible review but this place deserves it. All their materials refer to "luxury" with a "Four Diamond AAA" rating -- it's anything but. Even during high season, I expect a lot more for $650 a night. It's dumpy and gross. Stay as far away from here as possible. You're better off Ubering from somewhere further out...

If you want the most AMAZING coffee ever, you need to see William at the coffee bar in the lobby. He will personalize your coffee to exactly what you are wanting. My two personal favorites are "Purple Haze" and "Mountain High Magic Carpet Ride". If your staying at the Westgate Resort and Spa, skiing the Canyons or just in the...

My wife and daughter and I had adjoining rooms. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Full kitchen well stocked. This resort is pricey but you get what you pay for. The employees are all as engaging and lovely as they could be. Aloha ski rentals is on the property and they make it easy for you by toting your...

Not a true ski in ski out as advertised. Complex is a behemoth maze. For example to get to your room you need to take one elevator to 2nd floor, walk 400 yards and take a second elevator and then walk 200 yards to room. Same is true for restaurant, but different elevators and 3 floors to maneuver. Service is...

I believe this place has an identity crisis. Is it a hotel or is it a private owned condo's building? Confusing layout in an enormous (too large) building and far too much walking to get to where you mostly need to be. Dated decor and whilst we where in residence early in the New Year, we witnessed 4 separate major...

We purchased and plan to visit Westgate every summer. Buyer beware of sales lies - we were told we had access to amenities even when not staying at Westgate Park City. I checked with main lobbey staff and learned that statement was a lie - a member who is not a registered guest may use amenities only after purchasing a...

After reading reviews for this place, I expected more. The staff is nice enough. We were checked in without issue, but there is another desk and staff that helps navigate you to your room. That staff also does the luggage and car valet and seems somewhat disorganized. We also found that finding your way around the building is very confusing....
