The resort is amazing and staff are friendly! I requested for a room with a good view, they did their best to make it happen however I understand that the resort is in the middle and is surrounded by other hotels. But who cares? We did not really go there to look outside the window the whole day lol besides the room itself is amazing! The amenities, especially the 3 pools with hot tub, saunas and steam rooms are cool! Would definitely come back! <3

We enjoyed our 4 days here, especially the spa, fitness center and adult relaxation pool. Generally it isn't really quiet because a lot of families stay here but we found it to be good for rest and the 1 bedroom unit was upscale.

I have stayed here before but the experience this time at the Westgate was simply subpar. A few examples: 1. Upon checking in, I asked about the $100 resort credit that was part of the booking process. I was notified that to get the full $100, I would have had to book 4+ nights (rather than 2) and that it was $25/day with no rollover rather than cumulative. I went back through the booking process afterwards -- the fine print was there but it was surely fine print and it appeared multiple screens in after the offer was advertised several times ("get up to a $100 daily resort credit when you book 2+ nights"). My fault for not reading all the fine print on every screen; but it seemed to be a disingenuous experience. 2. After I booked, I received an offer that if I shared my booking on social media, I would receive a free dessert at either restaurant at the resort (the Edge Steakhouse or the Drafts Burger Bar). This was great as we had made a reservation at the Edge. When I showed the confirmation email at check-in, she said that despite what the email clearly said with respect to the Edge, they could only provide a dessert at Drafts Burger Bar. There was no interest in rectifying the situation despite the fault of this one clearly being theirs. 3. Upon returning home, I called to get a full receipt. They couldn't find my reservation under my name. When I provided the confirmation number, they told me the name it was under. It was someone else's (no one I had ever heard of) with an address from another state. I walked through this with them for 10-15 minutes to ensure no fraud had occurred and they had no explanation why this would have happened. In other words, the stay started and ended on low notes. The room itself was fine (though the bed was not level) and the food at the Edge was actually top-notch. But compared to the other lodging options in Park City, Westgate is not one to seek after. They also intentionally make it quite difficult to provide this type of feedback. Given my experience with the front desk, I looked for an email / contact us form where I could share more details in written form -- not possible. Good luck finding a contact us option like that on the website!

It was our first time at Westgate Park City and we had such a great experience. On our first night Sandra assisted us, gave us a tour of the facilities. We went to adult relaxation pool for and dined at Edge steakhouse (great shrimp appetizer btw). Loved having the full kitchen and the jet tub in our room. Had a relaxing stay overall, will definitely recommend.
