I had a lot of choices when it came to planning my solo adventure to Park City Utah to travel just after Christmas of 2016. I knew I wanted to go Nordic skiing, but I also did not want to rent a car or get stuck with a lot of expensive fees for activities I might not enjoy. I always...

Spent 5 nights here this past week over spring break. Absolutely loved unit #4. The hotel is in a great location to walk to the bus to park city mountain or deer valley, and to go shop and eat on Main Street. I spoke with the front desk staff to mention how great my room was and they explained each...

This hotel is at the top of Main Street, so it's easy to walk to the restaurants and shops. They provide a free shuttle to the Park City and Deer Valley Ski resorts in the morning. (The free main street shuttle doesn't start until 10am). The front staff was very accommodating. The large hot tub is great after a day...

My family stayed at the TMI last week and overall I was very happy with the cleanliness of the room, the location was awesome, the beds were super comfy and towels were plush and very white. The housekeeping staff were very nice and the room always looked great after a day of skiing. The clerks at the front desk were...

Thanks for your review. How irate is too irate? When people who are nice, polite, patient, appreciative waiting longer even than the "irate guy", it begs the question, why should we subject ourselves to him for a second longer than necessary? What I infer from you is that you think "Customer Service" is actually "Customer Subservience". Be forewarned: It will...

Made a reservation at the hotel three months prior to arrival. We flew in from South Florida and arrived at the hotel at 10:00 AM. The staff they greeted us was friendly and gave us the area to store our luggage has a room obviously was not ready. They told us that her room would be ready as soon as...

This guest was irate & threatened to submit negative reviews "all over social media" before he had even checked in. First he asked for money back because he wasn't able to check into his room until 3:30. Check in time is 3pm. He was demanding an apology though the front desk agent had already apologized profusely. It was fairly obvious...

We have been before for skiing but went this time to ski and enjoy the festival with friends. Great for skiing - only a few short blocks down Main Street to the town lift. For the festival and when not skiing - the location is great - right in the action. The property itself is a historic mining hotel that...

I have stayed at Treasure Mountain Inn on numerous occasions through the years. I recently stayed from 1/13-1/17/2017 in unit 52 building 3 with my family for a ski vacation. This is a 2 bedroom condo which is not on Main Street. Compared to past years, things just seemed more run down. More than 1 remote did not work. The...

We stayed here a couple of nights and loved the hotel, town and surrounding area. Very sad to say goodbye. The hotel was well situated at the top of the street which was so full of character. The local people were so friendly and nothing was a trouble for them. Would defenatly stay again.

best room I had on my 2 week trip but I usually stay at budget to mid range pricing. Location, attention to detail, customer service, easy access parking, nice hot-tub, well designed rooms, and environmentally friendly as well. Walk to everything except the big supermarket which is a few minutes by car.

Great location near the top Main Street. You can walk to many restaurants and shops. Also, public transportation is the next street over. The room had a very nice sitting area with couch and large comfy chair, dining table in kitchen area. There is a stove, full size refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. Nice large bedroom with plenty of room and the...
