This was the first time staying here after joining Marriott rewards. This hotel is nice. Our room was comfortable and nicely decorated. The shower was large, and bathroom nicely lighted with plenty of counter space. The hotel offers a shuttle to the mountain during the day and

Thank you for taking the time to let us know you had an enjoyable ski vacation here with us in Park City, UT. We have been very blessed with some incredible snow this year and I was pleased to read you were able to take advantage of it. I do apologize for the poor information you received regarding our shuttle service. We run two shuttles in the morning (1 to Park City Mountain Resort & 1 to Deer Valley) from 8 AM until 10:40 AM. From 10:40 AM until 3 PM we run 1 shuttle on a first come first serve basis to either Main Street (where all of the shops and restaurants are located...about 5 minutes away) or one of the ski resorts. From 3 PM until 5 PM we operate two shuttles bringing out guests back from the ski resorts. Finally, we run our shuttle in the evening to and from Main Street.

Due to a “glitch” in the Marriott/Starwood merger we only stayed for one night instead of the week we originally planned but do hope to return in the future. We usually stay in a condo for family ski trips and I was worried about being in a hotel room - I had no need to be. The

Overall a good experience. The room was clean, linens were nice, good water pressure. Breakfast buffet was tasty but expensive unless you bring an appetite. The people staying above me were heavy walkers.

Based on my initial check-in impressions, I was going to rate this hotel a 3 (small issues added up to leave a poor first impression), but after completing my stay, I changed my mind and decided on a 4 rating. Allow me to explain. I checked in late night around 11pm and I

First & foremost, I appreciate you taking your time in leaving such detailed comments and feedback regarding your stay with us. I am sorry for the poor first impression we made and will follow up with my overnight crew to ensure we deliver the same high level of service as we provide during the day. This said, I was very pleased to read the other staff members you encountered were friendly and knowledgeable. I am very blessed to get to work with such amazing folks. Thank you again for the time. We look forward to welcoming you back on a future ski vacation with us here in Park City.

I had a great stay at the Marriott. What really made the stay great was the staff; each individual that I interacted with super friendly and helpful: from front desk, to the bar, to the restaurant. I truly felt like a welcome guest and felt the staff were genuine. The room was

Do the rooms have blow driers and robes?
Greetings Beth T - All of our guest rooms have hair dryers, robes and slippers are available upon request. Is there anything else we can assist with before your arrival?

Are there any options for ski storage other than leaving them in your room?
I think so, but I'd call the desk if this will be an issue for you. They weren't terribly accomodating for us.

Are there any options for ski storage other than leaving them in your room?
Great question kdickert! We have free ski storage through our bell stand / ski valet for all of your equipment. Boards, skis, poles, helmets - we even have a warming station that we can secure your ski / board boots and gloves overnight. Anything better than a pair of warm+dry boots to start your ski day?

Greetings Steve W - We are a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk via the "Rail Trail" from Main Street Park City. The Park City Mountain Resort (PCMR) is about the same distance. The city's public transport is used a lot during Summer but you will find the crowds not as impactful due to the lack of skiers and equipment. If you have any other questions feel free to call the main hotel number and ask for the Operations Manager - I would be delighted to take your call.

How do you get from major airport to the hotel with skis?
Greetings djjt14 - A shuttle service such as All Resorts Transportation or Canyons Transportation would be recommended as a shared ride. However if you prefer a private transport the hotel can help arrange a service for you - the cost would be closer to $120. If you are interested please call the main hotel phone number and ask for help with transportation via a private ride - we would be delighted to assist.

"There are only 4 floors. Due to the festival, we had a view of a mini mall."
"I did note that our room on the third floor near the elevator was noisy. That was proximity to the elevator and people above us."
"Choose a top floor unless you have kids and want to be close to pool & game room...lowest level is best for the kiddo amenities."
"Corner rooms seem a bit more quiet"
"The outside rooms are quieter as there is a pool area in the center of the hotel that can have some noise from the pool area."
