average. the layout of the 2 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath worked well for our group of 3, but the furnishings and general condition of the property were average. the heating unit died on our second day, and we woke up a bit cold, but once the mgnt office opened, they responded and had the heat working by the time...

We were here with a large group so not sure who they booked through. The pros: good location, right across the street from grocery and restaurants. The bus stop is right outside the property. You can actually ski down to the golf course which is an XC ski course in Winter and avoid taking a bus back from the base...

We expected bad based on below reviews - but were pleasantly surprised. The girl at the desk was very helpful even though she did not work for the RCI portion of this resort... The process was easy as soon as she told me about the box outside that held our welcome letter and access to keys. The room (1720/315-2) was...

Various Park City property management companies/vacation rental companies rent condominiums at the Park Avenue complex; RCI is one of many Park City area property management companies. Since Identity Properties does not offer studio units, it sounds like you rented via a company other than Identity Properties. For you next visit to Park City, you might want to consider Identity Properties....

We rented a studio here through RCI. The Murphy bed was so bad. I expected a normal mattress. Instead we had a mattress box spring with springs sticking in our backs . The furniture is horrible: dark and dirty. The owners need to stay here to get an idea of the place. RCI and Park Avenue condo were unable to...

We stayed at the Park Avenue Condos with family. Our unit had been remodeled. The kitchen and bathrooms had granite counters with new sinks and faucets. The showers appeared to be newly retiled. The furniture was nice, clean and not worn as posted in other reviews. The only drawback for me were the stairs. There were two sets of stairs...

Thank you for your review of the Park Avenue condominiums - we are happy that you enjoyed your stay in Park City! A few of the vacation rentals at Park Avenue are an "upstairs entry" condominium so during your next visit to Park City you can request an entry level unit. Many of the Park Avenue condominiums offer air conditioning...

We were excited to ski Park City now that it is joined with The Canyons. What we did not expect was the condition of our unit and that of others in our group. Having stayed in numerous condominium rentals in various ski areas, we were shocked to not have internet access (office person gave us a password for a nearby...

The hot tubs at the main office were great, good temperature, and there are two. They are a good size. It's a good location. The free bus takes you to the lifts and back in only a few minutes. It's walking distance to the Fresh Market grocery store. The hot tub in our unit would not get above 85 degrees,...

Hello Bob M, Various property management companies/vacation rental companies rent condominiums at the Park Avenue complex - which unit number did you stay in and which property management company did you book through? I searched our Identity Properties (we are a local Park City property management company with condominium rentals at Park Avenue) database and cannot find a January rental...

Hello, I would recommend you contact RCI regarding your experience at the Park Avenue Condominiums. Identity Properties staffs the Park Avenue front desk but is not associated with RCI or...
