The Hotel itself was lovely. Check in and check out were very professional, friendly and quick. We loved the decor and enjoyed the fireplace and couches at the entryway. We also enjoyed complimentary daily hot chocolate bar. Our room was well appointed with a kitchenette, two double beds, fireplace and a nice deck. We were able to purchase breakfast items,...

This has been our 5th visit to escala. On previous visits we have found the resort to be comparable with other high end resorts. However, on this visit we found there were guests that allowed their kids to run wild, jumping on us and throwing snow balls in the ONE hot tub open for guests. The management would not respond...

We had a short family winter gateway at Escala Lodge. Everything was just perfect except the short stay and delay outbound flight from SLC due to the snow. I loved Escala Lodge in every aspects. Staff were really nice and friendly, 1 bedroom suite was amazingly cozy and well decorated and the landscape including jacuzzi was extremely well maintained. I...

We stay at Hyatt properties often so we knew what to expect for the most part. This is more of a time share property - not a true "resort". We did appreciate the coffee bar/mini market in the lobby, and they do have a restaurant on site (which was good). The valet service was always fast. There is a pool,...

We stayed here on 12/4/15 in a two bedroom suite, and it's was gorgeous- hard to find but very pretty!!! The rooms and bathrooms are also very nice!!!The staff was sooo friendly and accommodating, especially the young gentleman who came from the main lobby to our room to bring us more keys and later more blankets! Would stay there again,...

This is the third time I have stayed at the Hyatt Escala and each stay exceeds the others. Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean and furnishings current. Beautiful location, just wish I had the time to ski. I'll be back in Park City in the next couple of weeks and will definitely stay here again

It was a very nice resort. We stayed in a king bedroom suite in the Unita building. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved the fireplace in the living room. They have a parking garage which is complimentary(so is the valet service-although you have to tip of course). You access the garage with your room key and can take...

We booked a 2 night stay here this last weekend and had a great time! From the get go, the staff was very friendly and attentive. The location is very ideal if you're skiing at Park City, they even provide a shuttle for the otherwise 2 minute walk. Rooms didn't blow us away, but they were nice. Fireplace was a...
