Reviews Summary
This summary was created by AI, based on recent reviews.
Powered by AI
Hyatt Centric Park City is celebrated for its welcoming atmosphere and modern amenities, despite some calls for carpet updates. Nestled in a prime location, the hotel is a hit with guests for its easy access to skiing and scenic beauty. While the spacious rooms are generally well-received, a few guests mention the need for better beds and newer appliances. The hotel's value is debated; some find it overpriced, though the convenience of the shuttle service is appreciated. Cleanliness is upheld, with a spotlight on well-maintained rooms. Amenities like ski-in/out access and on-site pools are popular, and the service is predominantly applauded for its friendliness and professionalism.

Great location, great hotel, but the real outstanding part was the attentiveness of the staff. It was the little things that they would go out of the way to do, that made our experince so much better.

So convenient in location and promise to the sunrise lift for skiers. The runs in Canyons are mainly blues and harder so don’t recommend for the true beginner. The hotel is also very walkable to restaurants and shops in Canyons Village. We stayed in a one bedroom large residence and had so much space to spread out as a family of 4. We loved the hot tubs and outdoor heated pool after busy days of skiing. It was quiet and well soundproofed and we really enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely loved our stay at this property. Being Globalists, we of course got extra special treatment, including an upgrade to a suite that was 2.5x larger than my 1st one bedroom apartment, and $80 breakfast credit in their restaurant each morning. But even otherwise: all staff were amazing. They have a program where they bring young folks interested in hospitality from other countries (a lot were from Portugal). We thought all of them, from the restaurant servers to those running the ski rental shop were so nice, professional, & enthusiastic about their jobs. In addition to the breakfasts, we had room service 2 evenings & drinks/snacks at the bar 2 evenings. All F&B was excellent. Our suite was in the "White Pine" building, which is where the pool/hot tubs/fitness center were - extremely convenient. The hot tub was one of my favorite ever experienced: round, large, with a center water feature that had additional seating around it. The ski shop with ski in/out was so extremely convenient and had much better pricing than other rental shop options. We were also very pleased with housekeeping services. A few staff who made our stay extra special: Shayla, front desk supervisor; Will, bartender; Kenaniah, Director of F/B; and all of their shuttle drivers...can't remember all names, but they all deserve accolades as they were so friendly and accommodating. Highly, highly recommend this property and hope we get to return soon.

The combination of location and quality were at the highest level. The hot tub and pool were great after a long day of skiing. The breakfast every day was outstanding We utilized the shuttle to park city a couple evenings which was very convenient. The staff was friendly and professional. I will stay here again and highly recommend this as a place to stay for families, couples, or friends.

While to hotel is beautiful, I found the quality of the mattresses, pillows, and linens very substandard. All the beds in my room had zero give - it was as if I was sleeping a plywood. As I only stayed two nights, I would recommend anyone staying longer find a different hotel.

I stayed here for a class and have often been disappointed by properties hosting classes. This Hyatt, however, exceeded my expectations. From the time I made the reservations until I checked out, their personnel did everything in their power to make my every wish come true and did it with a smile. They have begun to restore my faith in the service industry.

Beautiful Hotel in an excellent location. The management staff and front desk team was excellent. I would like to specifically highlight Matt, Shayla, and the new GM . They went out of their way to address our concerns with the inconsistent experience at the restaurant and the issue we had with our tv. Great fitness center and pool and amazing hot tubs.

Just checked out from an incredible stay at Hyatt Centric Park City and I'm already planning my next trip back! Seriously, the staff here can't be beat - super friendly and on their game, from the front desk, management, to the valet crew and everyone in between. The place itself is stunning and so well-kept. You can really tell they take pride in the property. My room, 447A, was a dream. It had a kitchen, comfy living room, a huge fireplace (perfect for those chilly mountain nights), a jacuzzi tub to soak in after a day out, and a separate bedroom with pool & mountain views. Loved the super convenient shuttle to Main Street in the evenings - made getting around a breeze. This spot is definitely in my top 5 Hyatt stays, right up there with the gems like Hyatt Kauai, Alila Ventana Big Sur and Hyatt Lake Tahoe. Can't recommend it enough!

Overall not worth it for the price. Location was good for skiing in canyons but other than that was very average and staff not that friendly. Gym and sauna broken for half of trip. Food was expensive and below average.
