5th Visit to Park City…4th visit to The Canyons Resort…1st visit to Hyatt Centric. Luxurious Lodge style Resort with Ski In/Out proximity to the Canyons Resort. Steps away from restaurants and shoppes of Canyons Village. Immediately greeted by super friendly staff. Easy check in/check out process. Rooms were immaculate and COVID protocols followed carefully. Incredibly quiet and peaceful place to stay after a long day of skiing (or summertime adventures). Offers ski valet so gear is ready early and safely stored at night. Pool and Jacuzzi available on site. My room included a gas fireplace which added warmth and tranquility to the room. You are able to Ski In/Out from the Hyatt, but you are also able to take the roomy shuttle to/from the Canyons Village if you prefer. The complementary Shuttle will also take you into Park City in the evening for those that want to venture out. Restaurant facilities were fantastic. I ate most my meals at the Hyatt. The menu selection was complete with options for everyone’s individual dietary requirements. Full Bar with exceptional wine/beer selection also available. The Hyatt Centric at Park City is great for families, couples as well as business travelers since they have full-service meeting facilities. As a solo Traveler I felt welcome and well cared for by all the staff. A special shout out to Juan, Wara and the others who made this trip memorable! My preferred ski's are high performance Rossignol's, my Boots Salomon Shaft Pro's and now my Hotel Hyatt Centric Park City!!!

This hotel was clean, nice amenities, and friendly staff. Only complaint was restaurant. Would not recommend it. Other great restaurants in walking distance from hotel. Otherwise, great place to stay.

Great location, very close to lift access to Canyons. Great fitness and pool areas. Advertises ski in/ski out but it was not operating due to Vail not having enough staff - I still feel like the hotel could take some responsibility to warn you or take care of you if that causes a problem but they just blame Vail and shrug it off. The hotel facilities are okay, the rooms are tired and well worn, they really need to be refreshed. The common areas are nice, open, warm and staff generally are really friendly. Food service is where it really falls flat. Escala is the only onsite restaurant and it's kitchen feeds the grab-n-go market too. Our experience was terrible, inconsistent each day and we were told utter nonsense on more than one occasion. Day one, the person taking orders had no system to track or remember who ordered what. So orders piled up on the pass and queues of customers shouting out their orders to see where their's was. Day two was better but we were told there was no sugar or fruit to add to oatmeal...they were out, despite taking the order and we could see them being given to other people.. Day three they ran out of coffee.. Day four we got someone else's food.. Day five we ate in the sit down area, hoping server would help...she was hungover and surly.. The real challenge with the hotel was there was only one functioning elevator..the 2nd was offline and had been for months - we stayed here before and it was offline then too...usual excuse of COVID etc etc... This elevator services the garage all the way up to room levels and all guests plus all staff need to use it...so its painful to move around at start of day or end of day, or frankly anytime with skis etc... Overall, this could be better for a Hyatt at this price point...no excuses.

We stayed 5 nights at this hotel in room 505. It was absolutely gorgeous - amazing mountain views, 2 balconies, full kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, living room, master bedroom, and a loft. Everyone who worked there was so nice and professional, but Matteo at valet was the best of the best. The hot tubs were so relaxing and the bathroom has a large jacuzzi tub if you wanted to stay in. We visited in the summer, but I imagine this place is also gorgeous in ski season.

Beautiful location and hotel, staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the oversized bathtub in our room! We had breakfast and lunch at the hotel and both were delicious. Didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the pool, hot tub or gym.
