Everyone at the resort worked very hard to ensure we had a wonderful experience. Any concerns or needs were addressed immediately. Highly recommend this resort, they had everything we needed to enjoy this wonderful city.
Everything was AMAZING! Top Notch Customer Service. Traveling with 2 kids (7 &8) and the staff was amazing with creating an incredible experience. The property is beautiful and we will definitely be back!
Lovely stay at a beautiful location Rooms were clean and the staff were excellent. This is our third time to stay here and plan on coming back next summer. All the kid activities make this a great place for a family trip!
From start to finish the entire Montage staff made the Board Retreat a success. From room accommodations, food/beverage selections and overall welcome feeling, this team of professionals did an outstanding job.
The most Horrid Experience Ever! I think his name was Pete Williams. He was the most rude, condescending, and disrespectful individual I have ever encountered. This individual that worked with Sebastian at the front desk yesterday morning was horrid. I went to check out around 5:20 am, and Sebastian politely greeted me. I had received a $250 gift card from our company as a reward with our trip. I asked if he could apply the $250 to the bill and I would pay the remaining with my other card I had left on file at check in. He wasn’t sure how, so he asked the other person at the front desk. The man showed him, and when he attempted to swipe the gift card, it was declined twice. I asked Sebastian to wait while I called number on the back to activate the card. I called, punched in the card number, expiration date, and security code on the back. The card company then transferred me to an individual who asked for my name and address. They said that it didn’t match the information they had. What?? I was already getting frustrated and finally I told the person on the phone I would just handle it later. I asked Sebastian to try the card once more since I did input all the info into the automated system. Declined. Ugh! Before I could even say anything, this other individual steps in front of Sebastian and said, “Look, we need payment now! What do you think?? You think you can pay later???” While he was saying this, he was throwing his hands in the air aggressively. Duh, I thought. I came to the front desk to CHECK OUT AND PAY THE BILL. I didn’t say anything immediately because I was shocked, Finally, I asked, “Do you speak to all your guests this way?” In which he yelled back, “Only those that don’t pay!! Ridiculous!!” I was shocked. I have never been talked to and treated with such disrespect, ever. I just handed him my card, which he grabbed, swiped and while handing it back to me, said “Complete idiocy!” What?! I just walked off because our shuttle was leaving for the airport.…
We had a company trip here and we had an awesome time! The people, service, and accommodations are outstanding! The rooms are the nicest we’ve ever stayed in and the food is incredible. We look forward to future visits.
Beautiful room, friendly staff, wonderful amenities and activities, amazing pool, excellent service, fully equipped fitness center, luxurious experience, fast shuttle service, bedding needs upgrade to duvets (not very comfortable), a/c needs upgrade also to keep room cool enough (it got hot at night), Daly’s restaurant needs better quality food and more attentive staff.
Excellent time spent here for our family vacation. I would recommend this spot if you want to get away and relax. Lots of things to do at the resort and great atmosphere. Enjoyed the room and the restaurants as well.
This was our first time visiting the Montage in Park City and it did not disappoint. It was so good we extended twice! Our suite was very comfortable and well appointed. The gym was one of the best hotel gyms I’ve ever used on top of world class views. The spa and indoor pool were exceptional. The food was great. The classic burger is one of the best I’ve had - I rarely eat burgers and I had one everyday it was that good. The views and common areas are all what you would except from a five star hotel but what really makes this place is the STAFF. We felt so welcomed by the friendly staff. Our kids were treated likes princes and they couldn’t have a better time from the pool to the arcade to hiking around the grounds. A huge shout out to Chloe & Shawna who made us feel incredibly welcomed before we even arrived and were attentive to our every need. The Montage is lucky to have them. Brett for handling a matter in perfect fashion. Ryan at the front desk for making us feel welcome upon check in and Tyler who was the ultimate concierge. Mark and Justin at Burgers & Bourbon and Sheila at the pool who were great servers with a friendly smile and great service and lastly all the valet staff who helped with shuttles, cars and always greeted us coming and going with a smile. We wanted a first class vacation where we could kick back, relax, go on little adventures and have every need taken care of and the Montage delivered. We are already looking at dates for our next trip. Thank you for making it a family vacation to remember!…
So many amazing things about this 5star resort! It was our 5th visit, first in summer time! The weather was amazing, which gave us some spectacular pictures, hikes, breakfast, lunch and dinners on the patio, and days by the pool! The staff at every level go above and beyond! One of my favorite trips yet! Can’t wait to visit again!
