Our 1 bedroom unit here at Powder Pointe is B106 The Condo complex faces the entrance to Park City Mountain resort. That resort is where you can purchase lift tickets and sign up for ski school. (about a 10 minute walk or less) You are also able to rent your skis, ski boots and helmets there. If you are hauling...

Nice mix of affordable price & convenient proximity to the resort/town. The room & bathroom was clean & very comfortable. There was a nice set of pots & pans in the room, and we were able to enjoy cooking in a couple nights. The grocery store, 7-11 store and Starbucks are closeby, a short walk. Our condo was on the...

The place we had was perfect for our stay, exactly as advertised. Clean, tidy, nicely furnished. We had a nice view of the mountain. Didn't need to use our car. Were able to rent mountain bikes around the corner at Cole Sport and then go across the street to PCMR and up the mountain. The PC golf course is also...

Unit 102A is in great shape, has been updated recently with new kitchen and slate floors. New dishwasher, refrigerator and stove make for a nice experience. The wood burning fireplace makes it very cozy. Perfect for a couple or small family. It's a one bedroom but has a pull out couch so 4 can stay comfortably but more would be...

My family and I just completed our stay in Suite 102a. One bedroom, one bath with pull-out couch bed, wood burning fireplace, full kitchen, balcony, outdoor community jacuzzi & laundry room. This condo was perfect for our small family. It's directly across street from slopes & a 3 minute walk to Park City Mountain Resort base. We loved opening the...

We booked unit 301A after reading glowing reviews on VRBO and FLIPKEY. Boy were we mislead. The only positive in this place was that the kitchen had been updated. However the microwave vent cover fell off when I opened the microwave, none of the under counter lights worked, the refrigerator light was out. So that was the best room. In...

Unit 105A is poorly furnished with dishes, glasses, silverware as though bought at the flea market. Imagine our shock to discover that there is no dishwasher in this unit. OK that's acceptable in the 1950's but not now. Photo shown online has large chair in living room, but isn't here. A coffee table would have been useful. Everything looks old...

Powder Pointe is close enough to walk to lifts or to the ski school. As other reviews have said, you just have to walk across a parking lot. However, it is a fairly large parking lot, and once you get across it, you still have another couple hundred yards to get to the base of the Eagle lift. I wouldn't...

Walk across the street and through a parking lot to hop on Eagle lift. What could be easier? Bus stop just a few yards up the street whisks you to Main St, Fresh market grocery and restaurants around town. We had unit 201A. Very clean, well stocked and plenty of firewood. Simply decorated. Plush couch and dishwasher appreciated. Managed by...

We had stayed at this property (different unit) once before. It was very nice and we liked it enough to come back on our next trip to Park City. We were in 205A this time and it just felt a lttle old and worn out. The carpet was stained, decor was dated, etc. Not terrible, but not the best if...
