Booked this stay through Amex centurion concierge. The web site directed me to the residences. I was stopped at the gate and refused passage. This entry would have taken two minutes to reach the hotel. I was rudely sent 25 minutes out of my way to the highway 40 entrance. Exactly what you DON’T need after a full day of travel. It’s important to note, I was attending a meeting with a colleague who lives in the residences. You should also know, the guard stated this happens all the time. Once I arrived, I was upgraded to a suite and the service and amenities were first class. Unfortunately the hotel is understaffed and basically a corporate meeting space which diminished the experience. It’s so nice to see JP Morgan blowing 725.00 per night on a large group to host a meeting. This isn’t the experience I expected from a luxury Hotel at a ski resort which doesn’t allow so ow boarders on the mountain.…
We stayed here for business and pleasure. Great location on the hill in Deer Valley Utah. Luxurious room. Decent food. Nice gym. Great meeting rooms. Transportation challenging - they use an "app" for shuttle which was very wonky and frustrating.
This is a spectacular place located high in the mountains and with a fun funicular to get you up there. We loved it! Had dessert and coffee. The views are terrific, the Staff was wonderful and next time we go, this is where we’ll stay!
Beautiful property. The funicular ride to the main entrance really sets the stage for a special experience. Rooms are gorgeous. Staff professionals and warm. Food was SO good. I was attending a conference and I loved the spacious rooms and outside settings for our sessions. Great experience!!
We had a wonderful experience at the St Regis Deer Valley. Beautiful resort and amenities and customer service was top notch! I want to recognize two people that really stood out and made our visit special. Manuel from Rime, super friendly, great talks and gave us fantastic recommendations during our stay in Park City. John from valet with Car Service, was absolutely wonderful. He went above and beyond with tips for our first time visiting, very knowledgeable and fantastic tour guy!! Our visit to St Regis was special and we will definitely be back. Thank you!
We were four friend coming to the spa to celebrate one of our formers birthdays. We very disappointed in our experience today at the spa. We have had wonderful experiences at other high end resort spas. We came to St Regis with that exception. Notably, our first line of personal experience with the resort manager was less than Amiable. We felt we were imposing on her work day. Her tour of the spa was a 1 on a scale of 1-10.From that point we did not see any employees servicing the spa. We had to go out to the front desk to ask for basic needs. ( blow dryers, refill food amenities in the the lounge). The showers were not cleaned. Waste baskets were not emptied in the 4 hours we were there. There were no razors provided. No one was available to clean up towels - we had to do it ourselves. No employee was ever available to serve or ask if there was anything we needed. We felt like we were an inconvenience to the spa and staff. We made a mistake in choosing the St Regis over the Montage. We won’t make that same mistake again.…
Fabulous experience with Remede spa at the St. Regis in Deer Valley. I had a wonderful massage with Stephanie and the best pedicure I’ve ever had with Amanda. Amenities were top notch as was the hospitality. We will definitely be back in the future!
Our initial experience at the St. Regis was disappointing, as per my earlier review. However the staff bent over backwards in every way to correct the problems and we ended up having a fabulous time. The hotel is beautiful, the location is great and the great variety of restaurants and activities made our stay interesting and enjoyable. Our suite was fabulous!
The spa and workout room are amazing. I had the best facial I have ever had! The pool is heated and very nice. The ski in and out is amazing! It was so easy to jump on the slopes! Everyday they had the BEST hot chocolate and local coffee that was fabulous also. The transportation that took you within five miles of the hotel was great; all the drivers so friendly... especially John! The rooms were clean; they came in twice a day. The concierge is the only complaint I have. They did help me set up a few things prior to arriving. We were celebrating my daughter's birthday and they asked me what was her favorite candy, color, and snacks. I'm not sure why they asked because they did nothing for her with any of it, but give her some old cookies and brownies on a tray that she didn't care anything about. So that was disappointing. I would think that a hotel as nice as St. Regis would go out of their way to make their guest feel special; especially those coming here to celebrate something special.…
Went to the Tent Bar at the St Regis in Deer Valley. I ordered a Lemon Drop Martini. To start, they do not have GLASS martini Glasses. When was brought to me in a plastic glass… I was about to drop dead. I asked for sugar in the rim, I was told we don’t have sugar. What? Where am I? Am I in candid camera? Then when I held it was ROOM Temperature! You want it cold? I was asked. My daughter wanted oysters. She asked where are they from? “ I don’t know”. She said: can you find out? He said: I guess…. Conclusion: terrible service and the bar needs Rescue
