Winter travelers if you are looking for a relaxing soak in the hot tub at the end of an active winter day do not stay here! I had no warning that the hot tub was currently being remodeled and will not be finished until approximately April 2017. Their sauna never got hot and yet I was charged a resort fee...

This place is certainly rough around the edges and such a shame because it has all the bones to be a great hotel. The positive is that's it's a great location. But that is about it. The furnishing, pool, facilities and bedding are all something you might see at a motel 8. Paper thin blankets and towels. You have to...

As an owner, it is horrendous to work with the management group. I would not stay here. It is over priced and a run down mess. You can not talk to any of the management team by phone and any emails sent will be returned to you as not deliverable.

We booked a week through a time share exchange and were given a 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit. The unit could have used an update but was OK for a week. The unit included designated garage parking which was very convenient. We literally walked about 200 yards to the Pay Day lift from our unit. The hot tub and grills...

We booked a 3 bedroom unit at lift lodge for $9,100 for 7 nights. It was unit 102/102a. This review is written with what we paid in mind. First the good: The location is fantastic. Walk upstairs and you are at a lift with no line. Main street is right outside. However, if you have kids in lessons keep in...

Long weekend ski trip with 4 adults - rented a 2 bedroom/2bath unit for 4 nights. 5 Star price ($430+/night) for a 2 star experience. Very very dated, small bedrooms, small bathrooms with zero upgrades - lots of broken items (dresser handles, dishwasher door, etc). Poorly stocked bathrooms. We saw cleaning people around but in 5 days we were never...

Perfect location. Nice, clean room. Bring your own firewood or you can purchase at the grocery store in town. Everything you need is in the kitchen. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. We'd stay again.

I'm surprised the reviews are so horrible of this place... it was fine! It's a condo/timeshare so you have to go in with those expectations. We stayed in a one bedroom and it was really big. Full kitchen, 2 queen beds and a murphy bed. The kitchen was well stocked and the staff was friendly. It's no frills but if...

Totally deceptive, photos are false, rooms and pool are gross, staff doesn't understand English. The one request we had was for a pack-n-play to be set up as we were arriving at 10:30pm with a baby. The girl at the front desk couldn't understand enough English to get us through the road closures for the Arts Festival or to get...

CONS: - Heat doesn't work & it is either too hot or too cold - Exposed baseboard heaters are dangerous for small children - Shower heads are horrible, air is used to try to use less water - Toilet paper is rough - No security around resort (free access to laundry room, guest room breezeways & gym) - No blankets...
