This is the third year my family and I have gone back to the Waldorf. Last year I hurt my back so badly that I was carried out on a stretcher from my hotel room. The resort showed a lot of care from the bellmen to the front desk staff. As a business owner, i believe that companies should be... More

The Waldorf in park city feels more like a boutique property. It's not small but feels cozy. We were in a suite that was more than spacious with state of the art appliances and features. The lobby is very comfortable, and Rose in the gift shop goes above and beyond to meet needs. Truly spectacular customer service.

Rooms, service, amenities, staff; all were outstanding. Rooms were immaculate and HK service extremely friendly. From checkin with the valet & front desk to the expertise of concierge, we will be back again in the near future. Highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Park City!

Every year I visit Park City for the Sundance Film Festival during January. I usually stay at Deer Valley or in the SLC. This year I spiced things up. The Waldorf Astoria is exceptional! My skiing experience at the Canyons was magical. And the Festival turned out to be a success. My years in the film industry have given me... More

I stayed here during Sundance. The 1 bedrooms are nice and have a big, fully-equipped kitchen. It's about 10 minutes from Main Street and within easy shot of park city, canyons and deer valley ski areas.

Exceptional service and incredible accommodations! If you are looking for a a perfect ski vacation resort this is it! We had an issue with a soft mattress and the manager on duty changed mattress while we were skiing. Very accommodating staff. I would definitely return!

I stayed with my family for my mom's birthday. We told the restaurant, and the executive chef prepared a luxurious dessert platter on the house! It was AMAZING SERVICE. Everywhere we went in the hotel, we were addressed individually by our names. How do they do that?? My family and I had such a wonderful experience, we've decided to make... More

It was our first time in Park City and first time staying at the Waldorf Astoria. This first stay was definitely memorable for us. The resort has all the amenities we wanted (and didn't know we wanted) for a ski vacation. We stayed at the 4th floor which was same level to the pool and the ski garage. Pool was... More
