The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Not one failed to smile and say hello whenever and wherever we encountered them. The concierge on one night we returned after dinner offered to have the smores ingredients brought back out even though we gave no indication we had any interest in them. She may have been...

I hosted a one day meeting at the Waldorf this weekend and the amenities and service of all staff was impeccable. Cole, the events manager, made everything run smoothly with not a moment of stress and was very accommodating. The board members all independently commented on the excellent food, and having the beautiful pool area available for board members families...

Nice retreat with a perfect blend of business and leisure activities. Great pool, golf course and perfect guest experience. My family could enjoy the amenities and activities while I was in a business conference.

I stayed from Thursday July 9 and am checking out today the 22th. Couple compliments: The hotel is beautiful. Our room was grand, furniture pretty, and we were certainly comfortable. Having a microwave, stove, and fridge were convenient. The TV in the bathroom and the fireplace were great added touches. But when it came to service, it all began to...

The Waldorf is a beautiful property without a doubt. Unfortunately, for the quality of service your time and money would be better spent at any one of the other 4 or 5 star hotels in Park City. Check was fine, but in the room the decor had seen better days. The food was subpar so was the service with the...

My husband and three children and I stayed at the Waldorf Astoria in Park City for only 2 nights before we moved on with our trip itinerary, however I must celebrate our stay here as the highlight of our trip, despite having a week to go at another establishment. The personal service we received is a reflection of the dedication...

Decent; nice rooms etc; furniture a little worn down. Pool is small and A LOT of kids, so not great if you want a relaxing day without kids. Patric at the pool is AWESOME, and Don and Shiv are extremely professional and accommodating. Brandon at the pool, Melissa at Powder are NOT great. The pool and restaurant were clearly understaffed...

Park City, Waldorf Astoria is amazing! Great location, terrific amenities and wonderful service. Our bartender, Dylan was awesome, the Concierge Christie went above and beyond, Shiv seemed to be everywhere to attend to all our needs and we can't forget the helpful Patrick at poolside. This was a couples trip, but our next trip we plan to bring our entire family!...

This hotel is a beautiful property located in the Canyons Resort area of Park City, (outside of town, but only a short drive away). The hotel rooms circle around a vibrantly active and well maintained pool and patio. The rooms are handsomely decorated, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The room has a mini-fridge and coffee brewer, but no...

Great hotel, great spa and very nice service .. We stayed in a nice duplex suite with lots of space. Nice pool in the summer with activities planned for for the kids during the day. The restaurant service was not top of the line and only reason not to give top rating.
