Stayed for three nights with my husband and two boys. Excellent property, friendly staff and beautiful rooms. The pool and hot tub were really nice. Restaurant was closed during our stay. They have a shuttle that can take you to Main Street. We did not use it as we had our car. Would definitely come back!

We were looking for a "change of scenery" trip where we could still enjoy the comforts of home while being away. Stein Eriksen Residences provided that and so much more for my family during our week long stay. Our 2 bedroom suite was immaculate. Not only were the rooms large, the furniture and appliances were all high-end and the kitchen was stocked with every kitchen appliance, cookware, and tableware you could imagine. There were also humidifiers in each room which were well-used and appreciated. What particularly stood out about this property was its well thought-out and excellent handling of COVID-19 preventative measures. Many hotels just state a policy without much compliance or action but we felt very confident that all actions were properly being implemented here. We appreciated the mask enforcement in the lobby and elevators, signs directing social distancing around the property and elevators (one person and/or family per elevator), hand sanitizing stations EVERYWHERE, and constantly seeing crew wipe things down around the property. Valet, concierge, and front desk staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful every step of the way. Valet offered to charge our Tesla every night, and we couldn't be more impressed with how quick and eager they were to help with luggage and grocery deliveries to stock our room. Our stay also came with free breakfast every morning which we enjoyed on their outside patio overlooking the beautiful mountains. I'd be remiss not to mention the wonderful service extending here, with the wait staff remembering us every morning and always swiftly bringing out milk for my toddler first thing just to help us get "settled" before ordering. It's the little things that mean so much and make us feel like family. We've stayed at many five star "luxury" properties across the years, but this one truly lives up to it.

First of all, the residences themselves were immaculate in terms of cleanliness, appliances, and furnishings. The staff went above and beyond to complete our requests and were always on time with the shuttle service!! The shuttle was a huge convenience for trips to Main Street. We truly felt like we were taken care of by family, and will definitely be back for that and the lovely restaurant! Thanks again to the staff, you guys were amazing!!

My spouse and I spent three nights, four days at Stein Eriksen Residences (SER) for a long ski weekend. As with most things in Deer Valley, hospitality and service are top-notch here! While very expensive, SER is hyper-attentive to the needs/desires of their customers, and they definitely make you feel pampered. Although staying as a hotel guest, we were treated like owners, and at multiple times throughout our stay the concierge would text me and ask if there was anything we needed. We ate dinner each night off-property (either at another hotel or in Park City), and the complimentary SER shuttle/van service was very convenient and a wonderful amenity to have at our disposal. Often times, we were the only ones being transported, so we felt like it was our own personal car service, lol. Of course, the drivers were all super nice, and we enjoyed getting to know them. We booked via the American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts (FHR) program, which we are very loyal to for the sake of the value-added benefits it provides. At the time of our booking, there weren't any reviews on TripAdvisor for FHR benefits recognition at this property, so I want to provide a data point. We received a $100 spa credit and a room upgrade from a Premium (single) Room to a massive Resort Two Bedroom Suite (which had it's own laundry facilities, full kitchen and sleeps six). While the FHR program provides for room upgrades when available, properties often can't promise such until the day of arrival (which is totally understandable). Some properties will only upgrade to the next incremental accommodation level, but it's always nice finding a property like SER that values their association with FHR and is receptive to upgrading beyond just the next incremental level in an effort to impress and take care of their customer. ... While everyone's experience may be different with FHR based on room booking days and room availability, I think our experience speaks to how customer-focused SER is and also the importance they place on their relationship with this program. I was initially a little hesitant about booking a property that appeared online to be a residence first and a hotel second, but no hotel conveniences are lost at this property, and the reviews you see here on TripAdvisor are a very accurate representation of what you will experience as a hotel guest -- personalized luxury! Overall, a wonderful introductory experience to Deer Valley, and we will be back!

Good morning Brian B, Thank you so much for taking the time to reflect on your trip to Stein Eriksen Residences. We are very thankful of the amenities that we have available for owners and guests to make it easy to stay with us ski in/out on the mountain and still enjoy all that Park City has to offer. We are also thankful of our partnership with American Express Fine Hotels and Resorts. We do value our relationship and recognize the program and do our best to accommodate our the upgrades based on availability. We don't always have the opportunity to do large upgrades out of the increment level, but if we can and wow guests to what the property has to offer - we will. We can't wait to have you back in Deer Valley in the future! Cheers, Jacqi
